It explains a lot of what he is going through. Kallman syndrome in most cases is associated with anosmia which he didn't complain of. I am also thinking of a 5 alpha reductase deficiency which may explain the infantile nature of his external gen.italia but my best bet is klinefelter syndrome since they are usually tall with a longer arm span to height ratio. Poor chap.
@op, so sorry about what you are going through but are your breasts bigger than the usual expected in males? Are your testicles small? Among the tests done, is one of them LH, FSH and testosterone? If so, can you tell us what the results are so that we can help you arrive at a probable diagnosis?
Again, don't listen to anyone here telling you that this is normal. There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING NORMAL about your plight and you need to see an endocrinologist asap. Unfortunately, most of the tests done to arrive at the diagnosis are expensive but that isn't really the doctor's fault You need to get to the root of the problem. Never dated or toast before not cos im scared of being turned down inface i have a lot of babes that really show me emotions but because I'm scared of how the girl will act towards me when she find out my secret and i am gonna keep it that way because i can't really take heartbreak because of something i can't control. I already have a good paying Job and finances not my problem so this is my only headache but will i still become normal? Have you overcome something like this? My dad was once sick (4years back), he was admitted at lasuth and during the time i was with him there, i tried getting medical help but it was a very regrettable experience. After using hours and days at family clinic (i get there by 7 and see doctor by 11 or 12), I was referred to their endocrine section. But the problem was first time i visit the endocrine cos they open only Tuesday and Thursday i met a doctor who examined me (in front of students o) and asked me to run some tests which amount to 45k (6 tests). I did the tests and next appointment was two weeks later. Next time i went there with the tests, i met another doctor who just browsed through my file and results and instead of prescribing drug or say u go through this treatment he wrote another test which was 65k (2 tests). I did this too and was asked to come again in 2 weeks almost 120k on test alone. Believe me you next time i went again they were on strike and the lady at the records gave me a month appointment, after the strike i went and when i will see doctor again, it was not any of the first 2 doctors �. Although this was an elderly woman, asked me questions, went through my files, checked first test results and second one, brought out one thing like big beads like this and checked my throat. After all those guess what? She asked me to go for another test again. The price of this was 145k! I was broke already i spent saving for house rent on inconclusive tests and I'm asked to go for a new one. I just kept crying in the bus till i got home cos i feel swindled and punished for what is not my fault. I tore the hospital card and never went back there. Because if the tests were that expensive how much with the treatment be? Reason I'm trying to see if i can see a private hospital doctor that will help me out. I almost ended my life after my experience at lasuth i don't if luth won't be same old story.

U simply don't have hairs...I've forgotten what it is called medically,but that doesn't mean u haven't hit puberty.
You are NORMAL... very normal. I must say you are very bold and courageous to even talk about it online. See, everyone has one area of their lives where they experience something that seems uncommon compared to others.... See, you have a very healthy attitude towards this challenge and that is how life should be.

As you begin your search for the cure from the endocrinologist as adviced.. Please make sure you don't forget the Greatest Physicians, pray everyday for God's intervention as you see your specialist and follow all instructions..
I'm thinking Hormonal Imbalance...you will need to see a doctor. Though there is something called "Late Developers". People whose puberty comes later on in life.
Also there is a movie called "Late Bloomer". The guy in the movie had exibited all you mentioned above. Until a basket ball hit his balls and he collapsed. He was rushed to a hospital and they discovered a tumor in his brain after an MRI scan.
Apparently, that tumor was responsible for his non development. He under went a surgery and it was successfully removed. Few days later, he had his first erection. Come and see how guy man just became Hot over night. Omo na vaseline things for days straight. He couldn't even control it. He had his first Acne. Mood swings came along, voice deepened, facial hair came out, body odour and many others. Interesting movie I must say that shades light on issues that centre around masculinity.

Bro, this is so heartbreaking, please don't give up. However, this test, by all indications is your best chance for now. Kindly go and continue the test you began. I also hate and despise a medical team. They ought to first ask for the consent of the patient.
Clicked: Horerku I remember watching a video about this on YouTube some months back. The guy in the video was 26 and had never experienced puberty too. Even hearing his voice, he sounded like a 13 year old, and just like you he was very tall.
The guy believed that he had Kallmann's syndrome. If your sense of smell is poor in addition to all you've described, you might have that too.

You don't have to worry. It is a condition that can be cured, the only thing is that it might be expensive.

I remember some years ago, a woman came to complain the same thing on Facebook about her 16 or 19 year old son. That his manhood refused to develop and she's been taking him from place to place. So the women and some medical professionals in that group advised all mother's to be checking their sons early enough as soon as they reach puberty stage and all that. Though while some welcomed the idea, others kicked against it saying its not right to be touching your son in sensitve areas at that age.So I guess you must have hid it from your mum and she too didn't bother checking you. Please try see a doc and stop this your mentality of not wanting someone to see your bum bum. Also pray. There's nothing God cannot do.

op are u a sickler i remembered reading an article about this sickler.He's 28 yrs old and he's sickle cell.cos of his sickle cell he was unable to develop.At 28 yrs old he looked like a 7 yr old child..not like akin and pawpaw cos if u see akin and pawpaw u would know those ones are matured.he looked exactly like a 7 yr old child .i couldnt believe when i saw the picture and it was said he was a 28 yr old undergraduate of OAU. But then if you not a sickler then you have metabolic disorder.Quite a pity u are in a place like nigeria cos in a normal country they would know u lacking deficiences in some hormones but in naija they will say its witches and wizards dat caused it and that pastor must pray 4 u.
