And you think Amendment is a simple or automatic process? The solution for now is for Bubari to announce and sign an executive order for the suspension or non-implementation or no enforcement pending the time. Because amendment will take a long time. Has to pass the chambers again, they have to deliberate again, send to Senate, those ones too will do their own, before getting to Buhari. Any issue in between and the process is back to square one.
