I think you should just tell your guy that your spirit did not completely accept her for who she claimed to be. Advise him to tell the girl to move in with him, let them stay together for one month or more with him closely monitoring the girl. If possible they should move the wedding date a little bit further. If he is a very observant person she will find out her hidden agendas.
