It doesn’t work like that my dear. Children from broken homes know what they went through when their parents separated. They wouldn’t want their children to pass through such pain. Unlike Children who never knew what it is to come from a broken , when they face little problem in marriage they give up easily on the marriage. Religious and cultural bondage is the problem of the average Nigerian woman. They have been brainwashed to think they need marriage ,it's like a prestige for them. Which is why I am an advocate for women elightenment and emancipation. The Nigerian woman needs to embrace being independent.


If Nigerian men truely feel women are a problem to them ,then we need to embrace things like egg freezing and sperm donation, baby mama ,child support and alimony,So everyone will have their peace.

I remember same thing thing almost happen to me while in registry with my wife to be (Now my wife though) while we were sitting waiting for our turn, a text message came into my phone from my ex gf who meant no harm but to wish me a successful marriage and my wife took it as a big deal. I just excuse her and quietly ask her if she feel she can't proceed with the marriage cos of this text message we can just call it off and move on with our life. She looked at me and started crying but I calm her down and let her know why she shouldn't bother about such message and if she can't hold it, then let's just kiss the journey goodbye.
