Ken4Christ:@bolded Do you mean that Jesus went to hell to suffer for sins? If that is what you meant you are wrong. Jesus suffering and sacrifice for sins ended on the cross when he said it was finished. Jesus going to hell was because he was dead, hell was not a place for punishment for the righteous, people like Abraham,David and others where in hell before the coming of Christ. When Jesus left hell they followed him. |

solite3: If Jesus didn't go to hell, how did he get the keys of hell and death from Satan? Revelation 1:18 I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death. |

Ken4Christ: Ok So where did you see your “hellfire” in Psalm 16:10 and Acts 2:27? It seems you don't even know why Jesus even died in the first place. Where is this teaching of Jesus going to “hellfire” to conquer found in the Scriptures? |

"believe whatever our God says whether reasonable or not, even without any fine works! No wonder all your beliefs is tied to the fear of torment, there is no WORK to show for your so called FAITH! Ken4Christ:Jesus went to hell, yes, but not to suffer . You mixing the scriptures up, Jesus sacrifice ended when he said it was finished, after then no more sacrifices for sin. |

Brachaa: The grave is a lying bed of the dead who're spiritually embalmed & prepared by angels for the resurrection of saint's bodies to immortal. A sinner's soul goes straight to hell with a mighty negative downward pull or force when he dies, while the redeemed soul with a mighty positive heavenward force carried by charioteer angels. SOUL IN HEAVEN OR HELL. |

Maximus69: It was king Solomon's question to the doubters, debators, scoffers, mockers, unbelievers and workers of iniquities, and the answer through Jesus Christ is Luke 10:24, 1Peter 1:10-12, 1Corinthians 13:12, Hebrew 12:22-24..... Without Christ, you can't comprehend the spirit but spirit can comprehend the matter because the mighty veil of mortality has blind the eyes of men from spiritual beings and things... |

Wolgrace: So Adam is in heaven after putting all human race in trouble for thousands of years shey? Romans 5:12 Well i've heard your own version of TRINITY, but be rest assured that Jesus can't redeem Adam because they're both equal before God. Jesus' death can only redeem imperfect descendants of Adam who are suffering from the consequences of Adamic sin. As for Adam who heard God's voice directly but chose to disobey him, he is gone for good nothing can bring him back! And mind you God never said Adam will be taken to heaven after he disobeyed him, Adam will return to dust so forever and ever Adam is gone! |
Re: Hell Is Not The Final Destination Of Lost Souls by Nobody: 11:04am On Sep 15, 2020 |
Maximus69: Did Adam force you to commit evil too? He committed his own and seeked God's mercy, hence the introduction of sacrificial offering, prayer, commandments, etc.. But in the beginning, they were not so. Adam and Eve having obtained God's mercy taught Cain and Abel the rules but Cain chose to be rebellious. IT IS A PERSONAL DECISION TO BE SINFUL.. |
Re: Hell Is Not The Final Destination Of Lost Souls by Nobody: 11:43am On Sep 15, 2020 |
Wolgrace: You don't know what you're saying! Let's bring it home perhaps you'll grasp the error you're making in this. Adam was alone as the first creature, he had the privilege of speaking mouth to mouth with God, he named all the creatures, it was one of his ribs God used to create a wife for him, there was no fear of hunger, sickness, death, crime, even all the animals including sea creatures and insects obey Adam, everything on this planet belongs to him. Yet he rebelled against his Creator. Now compare to his descendants, who only read about God in books, who had so many religions with contradicting teachings and conflicting doctrines about the same God, there are agnostics saying everyone should live the way they like God doesn't care, there are atheists saying "there is no God", confusion is everywhere, then comes the fear of death, sickness, insecurity, natural disasters, joblessness, disappointments, betrayal, criticism, antagonism and threat from fellow humans, and deficiency in our body. All these is causing stress and distractions each day we wake up. So Jesus died and Adam has been forgiven but his descendants that his blunder brought into the most terrifying situations will be thrown into a place of eternal torment, simply because they don't know which of all the religions saying different things to believe Shey? Guy abeg use your brains, whoever gives Adam a ticket to heaven must equally give Osama bin laden a sit next to God's throne! 1 Like 1 Share |

You don't have to bother whether Adam made it to heaven or not. Bother about your own salvation. The athlete running a race doesn't bother about what the other athletes in the other lanes are doing. He focuses his attention on his race and ensure he finishes it to win a prize. In the same way, Christianity is a personal race. In addition, it is not just a religion, it is a living relationship with the living God through Jesus Christ our Lord. When you genuinely accept Jesus as your Lord and personal Saviour, you will notice a genuine transformation in your life. Others will also notice it. It can transform a hardened criminal to a Saint. Christianity is practical. You will experience miracles that science cannot explain. It is a supernatural life far superior to the ordinary human life. For example, the ordinary human can be killed by food poisoning but it can't kill a believer who knows who he is. I am a living witness to this. A Christian can see things ahead by the power of the Holy Spirit that the ordinary man cannot see. I could go on and on. The Christian life is a better life, it is a higher life, it is a more fulfilled life. Above all, you are saved from the coming wrath of God. Those who reject the gospel of our Lord Jesus will end up in the burning hell. I don't think you want to go there. It is real. But the Lake of fire is worse. The choice is yours. |

Ken4Christ:The Bible talks about the "cords of Sheol" not your man made sorrow of hellfire HOGWASH DUBIOUSLY inserted into 2Samuel22:6 ! KNOWMORE56: Q1. Hebrew 7585 Sheol is "the grave" KJV knows it, they rightly called it "the grave" @Psalms6:5 and DUBIOUSLY inserted hell @Psalms9:17. 2 Sam22:6 says "Cords of Sheol" KJV change am to "sorrows of hell" (their WAYO hellfire in OT or NT, they are just employing subliminal tactics). Q2,4. Fire is a symbol of destruction of unrepentant sinners. Jude 1:7. 2 Thess1:7-9 confirmed it. Is Everlasting fire forever tormenting Sodom and Gomorrah today? Not at all ! Q3. There is no fire anywhere for eternal torture and torment. A man sinned for say 90 years, your triune deity will torture him alive forever in fire , is that Justice? Man no live reach 100years but una triune idols wan to punish am forever, that triune idols no get conscience, habaa ! 5. Adam is the first sinner sentenced by God. Is Adam tormented and tortured in hellfire since he died ? Was Sodom and Gomorrah tortured forever in hellfire? Hellfire is a man made SCAM, Bros. |

Ken4Christ: If people don't have to bother about where Adam is presently then why did you bring up the case of Lazarus and the rich man? The Bible said i'm a direct descendant of Adam that's why i'm facing all the calamities Adam brought upon human race. He disobeyed God and never had anything to do with God afterwards, so if you don't know where he is presently i don't think you have any idea about where sinners are going because Adam is the first and foremost wicked man. If the law says whoever disobey traffic rules will be prosecuted then the first president of Nigeria defaulted, there shouldn't be any reason why the law will not take it's course. Whatever punishment the first man served must become the law, if he's freed then there shouldn't be any traffic rule binding citizens. Preach that and see if reasonable individuals will not accept your Jesus. But when you promote injustice then you're mocking your own God! |

AkinwaleJJ: Do you know where your grand parents are? Someone might even seem to be living right in the sight of men but will still not make heaven. Someone might even be the worst sinner and still make heaven. Remember, the thief that was crucified with Jesus. Remember also the harlot, Rehab who saved the spies. It is also possible that you live all your days in righteousness but made one terrible mistake just before your death that will cost you your soul. The Bible was written in summary form. Adam lived close to 1,000 years. There isn't much details about how he ended. And the Bible didn't also tell us how he ended. So, why bother about an information that is not available to you? That he was the origin of sin didn't mean he is eternally doomed. And God never said that either. So, leave that to God to judge. Think about your own eternal destiny. Have you accepted Jesus as your Lord and personal Saviour and living by his word? This is what matters. You don't even go to our present day court and challenge the judge. You will not be given the opportunity to do so. So, why are you challenging the ways of God. This is why Jesus gave the Parable of hired labourers. The one that was hired at the last hour received the same wage. Please, give your life to Christ if you haven't done so. Don't resist the Holy Spirit. I know he is speaking to you right now. |
Re: Hell Is Not The Final Destination Of Lost Souls by Ken4Christ: 11:45am On Sep 21, 2020 |
Janosky: Jesus already said it in different ways. What other proof do you need. Even the inhabitants of Sodom and Gomorrah are in hell after the destruction of the cities. Here what Jude has to say about them; Jude 7 Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, SUFFERING the vengeance of eternal fire. Notice the word, suffering. It is a present continous term if you read English. In addition, it said, the vengeance of Eternal Fire. The word eternal means forever. If if I quote dozens of verses, you will still not believe. It seems like you are possessed with the demon of unbelief. And it is very pitiable condition to be in because the Bible said; "But the fearful, and UNBELIEVING, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death"(Revelation 21: |
