what you saying is off point totally. doesn't even tally with the story sef

i doubt you even know about gifting and tipping, This is done worldwide

I used to be tipped when working a s a cctv operator in dubai and at first i used to reject it doing holy holy, it was later other staff came to me telling me never to reject it again that its a willing gifting, since you never begged for it and besides you eat where you work

If na salary everyone dey depend on most people would have comitted suicide cuz most salaries don't cover expenses these days

not even in this stupid rotten nation that they keep inflating everything and more people are getting sacked with no hope of then getting another job

And as for those one that sacked that poor guy its just a complete hypocricy cuz the managerial staffs themselves even their MD can never boast of not collecting bribe which is really an indirect begging

The man who works at the airport that Nigerian singer, Davido tipped $100 in a video that went viral some few days ago have cried out on social media begging for Davido’s intervention after he was sacked, Reports.

From The Information Gathered By , The airport official who identity is yet to be known was allegedly sacked from work for defying the ethics of the profession which is taking money from customers.

According to him in a video chanced on by .com, he was relieved of his post by management for begging a passenger for money and has cried out to Davido to tell his employers he did not beg them.

The distressed man who claims has children and a wife said he did not beg him but only hailed Davido whereby on his own will gave him the money, Reports.

Collection of bribe is wrong even of unsolicited for.... He should know that a public worker on duty does not take it. He was caught on camera too grin

He shouldn't have collected that money. However, please you'll do well to understand what bribe is. What he collected was a tip, it is quite different from bribe.

To be sincere the level of begging in Nigeria airport is quite alarming,u enter rest room people are there to beg,any little move u make u see people begging,am even beginning to think they have not been paid salaries.

It's a very terrible culture. People who are employed still begging, what happened to contentment? I have never seen such shameless level of begging anywhere else but in Nigeria. Airports are the first impression a visitor to this country will have. It needs to be addressed ASAP.

apart from hospitality and home delivery services, receiving tips from customers, solicited or not, is illegal in the formal sectors of progressive nations.
