Barristter07:the word is not repair but transformed. A mere Iron can be transformed into steel not repair into steel. The iron was not destroyed but trans formed into a better form (steel) that is what happened at the resurrection. All the element that make up the human body will be put together and transformed into a better body. 1 Like |

livingchrist: Mind you, I'm going by your “Jesus rose with a physical body” theory. So after Jesus was resurrected, what did he show to Thomas on the eighth day and why didn't it heal since it's a glorified body? John 20:26-27? 1 Like |

Barristter07: Lying liar, inserting his own gebbrish into the scripture. So far so good, the verse didn't talk about breath PUMPING BLOOD in their flesh, it's just your delusion. So there is blood in Jesus fleshly BODIES when He appeared to His disciples. because a spirit doesn't have flesh and bones. You are now seeing how ridiculous your human glorified body theory is sounding. Rather how foolish and unreasonable your point is, since a beheaded person won't have head after resurrection. I ask a question: if all believers undergo first ressurection , then who are the Faithful believers ressurected alongside wicked ones in the same hour at John 5:28,29? The people who redeemed themselves with their own blood since they are not worthy of the first resurrection and that's the end where judgement will take place. Now, turning the table around, from that passage, the UNBELIEVERS WILL BE CONDEMNED IN THE SAME HOUR OF RESURRECTION (since they are resurrected to condemnation), so where do you see it from the scripture that after resurrection God will allow unbelievers to learn more about Him and those who refused will be destroyed again? You and this yeye human form in heaven, human form with Blood right ? Or you mean dead bodies ? You and this your nonsensical human turns spirit being. Flesh and bones, living human. 1 Like |

Barristter07: See this ignoramus calling someone Olodo...on what he has no knowledge of. Coating rusting Steel or iron with nonrusted elements is giving it a NEW BODY Quote me wrong. The first Corinthians 15 said Now, you're getting brain small small! But first, just see how ridiculous you sound, The body SOWN totally grown out of existence. RETURN TO DUST Can something out of EXISTENCE be found again? Now, the main point here is, if the BODY returned to DUST and a NEW BODY was formed OUT OF THE SAME DUST, isn't that proved that the same BODY THAT TURN TO DUST was the same ONE BROUGHT OUT OF DUST? Wisdom is a principal thing. If Jesus body was repaired (transformed ) , then it means the apostles bodies won't rot away so it can be repaired too, is that the case ? New Bodies have to be given In the likeness of Jesus ressurection. Not repaired body ... Jesus body was transformed because it didn't see corruption. Those who will be alive at the return of Christ their bodies will also be TRANSFORMED. 1 Like |

Please pardon my query Sir! Are you saying a glorified (perfect) body can still bear scars and wounds? Going by the miracles Jesus himself performed on imperfect human bodies it was written that Jesus' power of healing removed all the blemishes! {Matthew 3:5, 12:13} So how can Jesus' own body still retain the scars after his resurrection if he truly came back physically? Re: After Jesus’ Resurrection, Was His Body Flesh Or Spirit? by DappaD: 9:27am On Nov 26, 2020 |
livingchrist: Here's something I don't understand–do you have one specific belief you hold on to or do you make these things up as you go? The simple thing here is that if he didn't resurrected with scars, it means he didn't resurrect with his former body then. And the implication was that he was given a new body. QED |
Re: After Jesus’ Resurrection, Was His Body Flesh Or Spirit? by haddeylium(m): 12:13pm On Nov 26, 2020 |
livingchrist: "If you think the physical scars is not real, that, is just to strengthen their faith. " What makes you think the whole body is actual human being own and not just a materialized body? Think! Spirit does not have flesh and bones!. Don't you think Jesus need a materialized human body to show them the scars? Remember. (1 cor 15 Human(Physical body)- comes with corruption, dishonor body spirit (Spirit'ual body) comes with incorruption , glorious body! So, if you admit Jesus was resurrected with Glorious body, then, he comes with Spirit'ual body that is incorruptible. Thanks |

Emusan:That's a Refurbished steel, nOt a New Steel Olodo ... " To make steel, iron ore is heated and melted in furnaces where the impurities are removed and carbon added. " This is a New Steel . Made from scratch . Not the same body, if it's the same body, It will retain Wounds, Scars, fire burns, and other defects like your Jesus human body retained it. What return to Dust , and brought back is an Act of RE-CREATION of a New Body , So many died in the sea eaten up by fishes and sharks. , Some persons eaten by lions and crocodiles on dry land. So eat that crap of same body . And use your sense for once. Transformation requires the existence of a body , New body requires none . So grab the difference If Jesus body was transformed, it means that body didn't return to Non existence, likewise his apostles bodies too will be refurbished while it's not yet Decayed. But if Jesus got a new body , it follows that his apostles too will lose their present body. |
Re: After Jesus’ Resurrection, Was His Body Flesh Or Spirit? by Barristter07: 1:05pm On Nov 26, 2020 |
Emusan:The verse mention they are covered with flesh, the life of that flesh is in the blood. 100% scripture. The reason they are dry bones earlier was because they are dead and no longer possess blood . Unless Jesus is a dead man, he possess blood as human.
If the pattern of Jesus body is a deformed body with wounds. What do you expect ?
Jesus is useless!!! So humans now redeem themselves with their own blood ? This same blood made it possible for them to live forever on Earth ? Why is it hard for you to admit Faithful persons are part of the second ressurection ? Romans 6:7 ,23 he who has died is Free from his sins. Unbelievers are judged based on what they did within the 1000 years of Christ reign. Not past life, their Ressurection is a benefit of Jesus Ransom sacrifice through which God overlook their past sins. Everyone that survive Satan's final test will live forever on Earth as Flesh and blood humans ( Rev 21:3) The point is for anyone to be human, they must possess blood, unless they are dead bodies. 2 Likes |

livingchrist: Iron to Steel, we have a NEW steel. Steel was made out of iron. Fresh, can be sold as brand new. No deformities. coated rusted Steel is also New or refurbished ? Was Jesus wound and scars body an iron to Steel or coated rusted Steel? |
Re: After Jesus’ Resurrection, Was His Body Flesh Or Spirit? by Barristter07: 1:19pm On Nov 26, 2020 |
livingchrist: Thank you it was not steel before , but in the case of Jesus , it was steel before, and coated as steel . Same body that was Pierced with it's wounds, raised up ... Not as brand new but retaining the same scars and wounds. It's not new. |

Re: After Jesus’ Resurrection, Was His Body Flesh Or Spirit? by Emusan(m): 4:12pm On Nov 26, 2020 |
Barristter07: But they are still human and the scripture didn't say BREATH OF LIFE PUMP blood into the flesh, that's your own addition to the scripture. Jesus is a human in heaven now! If the pattern of Jesus body is a deformed body with wounds. What do you expect ? You See how silly you sound now. Jesus is useless!!! So humans now redeem themselves with their own blood ? This same blood made it possible for them to live forever on Earth ? Why is it hard for you to admit Faithful persons are part of the second ressurection ? Jesus didn't useless! They refused the first offer. Romans 6:7 ,23 he who has died is Free from his sins. Unbelievers are judged based on what they did within the 1000 years of Christ reign. Not past life, their Ressurection is a benefit of Jesus Ransom sacrifice through which God overlook their past sins. So what is essence of your moving from house to house when unbelievers are free from sins at death and God already overlooked their past since. So after resurrection people will still be disobeying God! I don't think even an atheist will come back to life and failed to belief in God not to talk of disobeying Him. Everyone that survive Satan's final test will live forever on Earth as Flesh and blood humans ( Rev 21:3) That will die and rot because everything that responsible for corruption of the body are in the BLOOD. So for human body to live forever, flesh and bones must be energized by what won't caused damages to the body. That's why even scripture described that after resurrection our body won't be functioning like it is now because then we won't need sun, feel hungry, feel thirsty. Which a body with blood seriously need for survival. Which means your theory of flesh and blood live forever is false. The point is for anyone to be human, they must possess blood, unless they are dead bodies. Liar, flesh and bones makes us human, the life is in the blood, what the body needs is LIFE. If scientists want to solve the issue of ageing, they need to find a way of replacing the blood vessel in our body but scientist can't deal with ageing by removing ALL OUR FLESH AND BONES and still claim we're human. Go school you no gree! |

Barristter07: When I say you're Olodo buruku, you'll be feeling bad. PURE Iron and STEEL are corroded in the presence of moisture. Our body is corrupted due to weaknesses. A corroded Iron or steel can be made nonrusted IRON OR STEEL by coating them with NONRUSTED elements. Anytime you do this YOU'RE PROTECTING THE IRON OR STEEL to last more than the usual time when they're left UNPROTECTED. This is not refurbished BUT PROTECTION TO LAST LONG. Stop diving into what you have limited knowledge of. Not the same body, if it's the same body, It will retain Wounds, Scars, fire burns, and other defects like your Jesus human body retained it. Afyer I even showed you the glaring nonsense you put up there Something that goes out of existence can't be said to be RETURNED TO DUST. Olodo oshi.... Argue with 1 Corinthians 15:38 What return to Dust , and brought back is an Act of RE-CREATION of a New Body , So many died in the sea eaten up by fishes and sharks. , Some persons eaten by lions and crocodiles on dry land. So eat that crap of same body . And use your sense for once. But your deluded mind believes that Jehovah can keep ALL THE MEMORIES of those died in other to CREATE their perfect person back to life. So won't Jehovah be able to keep the memories of individuals turned dust also? Transformation requires the existence of a body , New body requires none . So grab the difference It's new body because the BODY NOW functioning more than just ordinary. The body won't thirst, feel hungry, or need sun. If Jesus body was transformed, it means that body didn't return to Non existence, likewise his apostles bodies too will be refurbished while it's not yet Decayed. The Apostles died years ago and resurrection has never happened, so their bodies are already rotting but the people who will be alive at the time of Jesus coming will be CHANGED. |

DappaD:you are a fool, making mockery at your God. Clown it is not a theory that Jesus rose with his body, the scripture said Jesus body will not suffer corruption and again he said he would raise up the temple of his body. John 2:19, 21-22 Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up. But he spake of the temple of his body. When therefore he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the scripture, and the word which Jesus had said. You antichrist want to make christ a liar by every means. Are you clowns saying that Jesus did not raise his body? 1 Like |

livingchrist: Just imagine this one becoming all emotional now. Looking at you and the JWs on this thread, whom might an honesthearted observer think is truly representing God's word as truth? You're just making baseless claims here and there and you expect someone to clap for you or what. Mr BODY BODY BODY. The fact that Jehovah, Jesus and the rest of the angels are spirits, doesn't mean they don't have glorious BODIES.(John 4:24, Psalm 104:4) We just can't see them because they're invisible to human eyes(Colossians 1:16, 1John 4:12) 1. Jesus didn't resurrect himself even though John 2:19 might seem like he did. On the day he died on the torture stake, he cried out to his God and entrusted his life-force into his Father's hands so it was Jehovah who resurrected him. (Luke 23:46, Romans 8:11) That's beside the point I'm trying to make here though. 2. Figuratively, Jesus was saying that after he died, Jehovah would give him another BODY that suits him.(1Corinthians 15:38) So the facts remain that God raised Jesus to life in a SPIRITUAL BODY.(1Corinthians 15:42-44, 1Peter 3:18) Those who have been anointed by God's holy spirit and reserved for heavenly life will also have a GLORIOUS BODY like Jesus Christ.(Philippians 3:21) so like Baristter07 has been asking you, would those who go to heaven still retain wounds, scars and blemishes? I saw how you quickly changed your theory to “Jesus didn't rise with scars” This crafty man won't kill me abeg You can continue rejecting the Scriptures no wahala but that your “Jesus was more spiritual than physical” nonsense has to stop! 3. Another implication of your theory would mean that Jesus' baptism at the River Jordan was a charade or a joke? (Mark 1:9) Because your theory is saying that Jesus was never spirit-begotten when God's holy spirit descended like a dove at his baptism? (Matthew 3:17) 4. From the point above, you're trying to tell us that if Jesus wasn't spirit-begotten at his baptism and wasn't resurrected in a spirit body, then he never inherited God's Kingdom? (1Corinthians 15:50) In the secret meeting with Nicodemus, he stressed this to be very important. But if now you're saying that Jesus never became a spirit creature after his resurrection, then that means he never saw the Kingdom of God? Because according to Jesus, whoever “born of spirit IS SPIRIT” and only those ones would see God's Kingdom(John 3:3-6) |

On the day he died on the torture stake, he cried out to his God and entrusted his life-force into his Father's hands so it was Jehovah who resurrected him. (Luke 23:46, Romans 8:11)Jehovah witness dung, so Jesus lied when he said he will take up his life again? 2. Figuratively, Jesus was saying that after he died, Jehovah would give him another BODY that suits him.(1Corinthians 15:38)clown so Jesus did not raise the body that was crucified? Meaning Jesus lied that he will raise his body that was crucified. 3. Another implication of your theory would mean that Jesus' baptism at the River Jordan was a charade or a joke?
