Awol1: But Kemi Olunloyo and Kayode Ogundamisi are NOT Yoruba Muslims! We shouldn't whip up tribal sentiments and ethnic bigotry at every issue. In my view, Kayode was wrong to have quoted that source now that Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala had become one of two finalists regarding the WTO job. I support Dr. Okonjo-Iweala 100% and I'm Yoruba. We should stop this nonsense, please. Why would any Nigerian not support one of our own for a prestigious role like DG WTO? Tribalism and religious bigotry have stunted Nigeria's growth than other factors...Let's beware! 4 Likes |

These bitching, backbiting, and negativity are to what end exactly??!... These same people will get all angry, defensive, and 'patriotic' if you lash out against current leaders in the nation... How can citizens of a nation be so unduly critical and negative towards their own??! This is just witchcraft!!! 1 Like

mekaboy: It’s sad that people like you cannot read and understand. An English woman made a comment and you all are attributing it to Ogundamisi. Can’t you see the quotation Mark? Can’t you see the link to a British tabloid? Must you blame the Yorubas for everything? Smh. |

Omonoba1:That's what is being used to demarkert Okonjo at the international stage while we here glorifying her back home. Some foreign blocs are using her past records to campaign against her in favour of their interests. Both Kayode and Kemi are journalists with credentials regardless of some character flaws. They both opening our eyes to factors that might likely work against her. None of them has said she's not qualified but there are factors such as racism and Nigeria corruption which they alluded to in their screenshots. Okonjo also has to pull her team and give foreign blocs the reason why her south Korean opposition should not be elected. Unfortunately, Nigerians, especially the Igbo folks being emotional, see it as tribalism but the int'l voters see it as an opportunity to present facts against your opponent. Adesina also went through the same phase but pull through successfully. I wish NOI the same. kiss the truth! 4 Likes |

Saao: You are right, the hatred for Igbos is appalling, it's so bad that despite attacking their communities killing and maiming people a Fulani herdsmen will be chosen by these people over an Igbo. Igbos were all over promoting Akinwumi Adeshina despite America accusations of corruption, today no country has accused NOI but fellow Nigerians are the ones writing and posting accusations to get the attention of WTO simply because she is Igbo.
