No it hasn't bro. An investor sued Ripple over a different matter. That's the case they won. SEC case is far from resolved.

Those coins have already pumped or in a process of been pumped, especially chz and matics, except you can get in and get out quick before the dump. I would advise you wait till it dip so that you don't go and carry heavy bags.
