Tumbulum:But is this really a case of occupation of the south east or a case of failure of the military and police in the basic duties of a government. This highlights why the same police and military quickly dashed bakassi peninsula to Cameroon to prevent confrontation with Cameroon and are busy dying in thousands in the north where a rag tag bandits and militants operate. Watch this same military and police in future whether they be anything useful to the world besides military and police parades. Nigeria's case is a basket case . Generals without war . Police with no crimestoppers just a bunch of useless people in uniform 5 Likes |

BigSarah:As they form their siege on the south east, boko haram and the bandits are closing in on them and finishing them in the north I once asked someone if Nigeria really needed a miliary. What real advantages has the military on Nigeria as a country besides matching on some national days which even the boys scouts can do. The last promotions in the Nigeria police was the last straw. If I were in the position of God . Nigeria police would be doomed for life 1 Like |

kettykin:The Nigerian military as it's organized today, exists solely for the purpose of surpressing ethnic/religious/regional groups trying to challenge the status quo... Don't forget this is an army that transisted directly from a colonial force of occupation without much changes... The fulani are desperately trying to replace the British as Nigerias colonisers and are obviously calibrating the army under Buhari in ways that will help achieve this end.. 3 Likes |

Nigeria govt is not against any body here we have ourselves to be blamed we are too in hurry to give them money when police stopped us even when our documents are complete since time is money here,The police sees south as cash cow.far north they don't because an average northern we not give money isn't easy to get money over there because most depends on allocation.also high way robbery reduced compared before when this season approach 1 Like |
