Yes, not from the state, but lived there for some time both in the Elechi era and when he got into power. No one can deny he transformed the state. Added to this he doesn't owe salaries.

Am not by any means saying he's perfect, but as one who travels widely, when u compare other states even those receiving far higher allocations, the difference is clear.

I will rate Obaseki 8/10...

he's done well for the State. There's no part of the whole of Edo State that didn't feel his impact. I will give an example. Ewato is a part of Edo state that has been neglected from time immemorial...nothing has been done by any regime.. But Governor Obaseki took development there..other parts of Edo state..u can see things happening..even with the small resources..things are looking up in that state. The only area he has to work on, is security...herdmens, kidnappers, robbers..the governor needs to do something..that's his only minus...

Plateau State , Lalong 0/10 happens to be the worst governor the state ever had .

Oyo state:
Infrastructure in terms of road network, drainage system, street lighting and modernization of Oyo state 8/10

House numbering: I can only see captured but no result yet though I raised this as a challenge with addressing system in Oyo during his campaign. Imagine a house with SW9/200, na you go tire if you try finding that house out. For now 1/10

Waste management: 5/10
Staff welfare: 8.5/10
Health care: 5/10
Transportation: Parks project underway so I'll delay the actual rating but at the moment 1/10
Security: 3/10. Though some factors are beyond his immediate control as security apparatus in the country is concerned.

Dave deserves more than that. In terms of infrastructure, he's far above all others.

If you get an A in CHM 101 and fail other courses or refuse to pass them above D grade, then your CGPA will be low.
