When God wants to destroy someone this is how the person's heart is always hardened...

They won't stop at Twitter just like a lady posited in 2018. They will push their luck so far till they perish like pharaoh...

Lie Moha-mad
Garbage Shehu
Gambari
Fem Adesina
All of them will perish like pharaoh...

If they like let them block all media...
Sudden destruction awaits them all soon
and what do you gain if they perish?. Let's stop putting emotions forward and face the reality. This is not a total ban but temporary interruption in an attempt to control the media. There is no doubt that nigerian govt has been very useless. There wouldn't be a need for this if they have had national database in place king time ago, whereby they can easily track citizens posts and arrest questionable posts such as United States and other western countries. It is true that NIGERIANS post very offensive and inciting posts on social media without repercussions. Take a look at this screenshot.

In the US they have advanced. They will not ban internet or social media. What they do is monitor your online activities and if you say something they don't like law enforcement will knock your door and possibly make arrest.

When you are shopping for a new router, it's quality to start with the aid of thinking about the dimensions of your insurance place and the range of clients you want to help in addition to the kinds of devices that you will be connecting. 192.168.1.1 Not everyone desires the sort of performance which you get with the cutting-edge and best models, and there is no reason to pay for features that you will possibly in no way use

Is this why Nigerians voted this cow in? My question is are Fulanis the only ones fit for leadership in this country? Tinubu needs to come in and rein in this cow he foisted on us.

We need censorship and we need it now before another problem adds to what Nigerians are facing

If ordinary FM radio can cause Rwanda genocide then Nigeria must be scared of fake news

This is a bad idea
China is phoney and would end up spying on the data of citizens for their own benefits
Huawei phones,Tiktok and some of their apps has been banned in some countries for this....
They can't run to America either, because they're not in support... confusion everywhere..

We can develop things on our own, even if it means trial and error.. at the end of the day we'll still pay billions for this.

May God help African leaders and the citizens, they just can't do anything on their own.

Very sneaky ppl, dose Chinese. But these fulani people are so foolish and clueless, they don't know what they are entering into. All because they want to push their expansionist agenda. Little wonder China jumped at the offer.

China also tells their citizens that Covid came from the USA.
They also are committing genocide on the Uyghurs.
In censorship the government becomes the FM radio
This also means you will be censored.
China wants control of your infrastructure. They own the airports, roads, and railroad. Nigeria is simply leasing them.

This is how ignorant you are

My problem with comments like this Is that they are not properly thought out in a bid to comment on first page .

The ability to think and critically analyse issses is lost in being a talkative.

Do you even understand the difference between censorship and totalitarian acts ?

I doubt you have the capacity to engage me in an Intelligent conversation
Nice points.

See as they are rushing to control one's privacy so that they can control the media and deny the masses access to information. If they had channelled thesame energy into making the power stable and greatly improve the economy it would have been better. They want briddle critics to fulfil their evil agenda.

We're saying these with some ease, we don't know how much trouble it portends for Nigerian youths and elites who mostly use the internet do we? Nigeria is really going to be more difficult to live .

See, if they become successful with that agenda, they will receive supports from southern politicians who are also hungry for more power. The way everything may go, it's either Nigeria go into another war against itself or something similar happens. But tougher days than these are coming indeed.

Look, I get you and I know that Nigerians post inciting stuffs on social media. I am not on social media except this Nairaland and whatsapp but then you will agree with me that this government is bad and evil. They have not handled this matter in the way they should have done. Social media exposes them and their atrocities. They rode on social media to get to power. They did everything they are complaining about when they were yet to get to power. They used fake news, propaganda, inciting stuffs and so on. I agree that social media should be regulated but not in this shitty and evil way. This regime is evil. They will meet their sudden doom soon. This is not about emotions. We stand to gain a lot from their destruction. Probably you don't live in this country

CHOP AND CLEAN MOUTH LEADERS.

They and their children go to foreign countries to buy foreign goods and use it privately in their homes.

But they come back home and be enforcing illegalities that they can not honestly adhere to.

They hide under the guise of national security and be hauling insult on the common man using internet for communication.

Left for Buhari he is not even happy with the use of the internet in Nigeria.

BUHARI in his heart of heart wish he had the opportunity to completely shut Nigeria out of the use of the internet.

Buhari is not the type of leader that want Nigeria youth to be exposed.

Buhari is highly obsessed with the passion Nigerians are deriving from the internet and he want things change for the worse.

But since his administration came to meet the internet on ground by the Obasanjo government Buhari find himself in a difficult situation coming out to close what he met on ground.

BUHARI 's wife will go for shopping in the UAE where she buy all the known foreign goods but at the same time sneek back to Nigeria and be telling Nigerians to believe in Nigeria goods.

Is that not hypocrisy of the highest order?
