Story

If he wins champions league he will want to win it again. Ferguson was going to retire for almost 10 years.

He wants to be like Mancini.

He might coach Spain or Argentina

Before guadiola came coaches b4 him have won everything he won.
Mancini was the first coach to give dem premier league, and he also won FA cup. Pellegrini won all three
So until guadiola wins champions league with them he is just like the other coaches and mancini still remains their best coach ever unless guadiola wins champions league
Did any of the past coaches win the England treble or won as many trophies as Pep did?
Dont come here and talk about money spent o cos past coaches spent as well. Or Man united that has been buying players since Ferguson left but didnt smell EPL or UCL final.
Infact Check the Man city squad that defeated Man utd 6-1 at old trafford.
Man city has never dominated EPL like they did under Pep. All the Arguement of UCL or no UCL doesnt reduce his standard.
With this news from him, i can bet that so many big teams will start making plans on how to replace their coach in 2yrs time.

Go and ask any true Man city fans they will tell u. Mancini gave them their first ever major trophy after 35years and their first league title after 44years.
Maybe u started watching football yesterday there is no league that guadiola will win that will be more memorable to city fans than the one won by Mancini, even if he goes unbeaten for the full season, except he wins champions league for dem.
Mancini is the man behind the rise of Man city

Mancini sef know say him go clean sneakers for Pep.

Mancini is a very good coach and he started the revolution at Man City but don't compare him with Pep...
You miss the point totally
as a football fan, Pep is a fantastic coach i will rate him as one of the greatest coaches he knows how to win while playing beautiful football
But as a Manchester fan, untill he do the impossible (winning the champions league) i will continue to rate Mancini above him because he did the impossible with them.

N:B Mancini and Zidane are serial winners they know how to grind results that gives trophy

This guy is good. I love a manager who brings out the best in players. His style is never boring and mostly on point. My favorite manager or all time. Forget he's won UCL with just barca. At least he has won it.

Manchester city style of play is very boring

Guardiola is a good coach no doubt, his style of play is a wonder to behold(although he didn't invent it) but he perfected it.
In barca he took over a very strong squad, ronaldihno, etoo etc dat was dominating spanish league already, he just build on the success.
Then in bayern he was a total failure because bayern dont employ coaches to win league for them, if you want to argue go and ask current monaco coach Niko kovać. Champions league is the minimum criteria. Bayern just won everything in europe and d coach resigned b4 he took over.
He enjoyed massive success in Man city but still yet not their best coach ever until he do the impossible(wins the champions league)
Ya papa Na their best coach ever abi?

A very strong team that finished fourth in LA Liga? Pep sold 80% of starter at Barca and rebuilt the team.
Messi used to be injury prone until Guardiola came.
Iniesta was not starter, and he bought only Alves and Keita after selling the likes of Ronaldinho, Deco, Zambrota, Van Bro host, Van Bomel, Lilian Guily, Thuram, Rafael Marquez, Oleguer, and host of others.

So if he fails to win Champions league again, he has made his mark. Ferguson spent over 25 years winning only one Champions league. Mourinho has not won more than two, the same thing Anceloti. Greats coaches are still looking for the first one
He was never a failure at Bayern but never their best coach

That's when he'll know that coaching goes way beyond spending half a billion dollars to buy any players you want.

Ferguson won 2 champions league with man u
Anceloti has won 3 champions league
That barca squad you mention won 2006 UCL and went through to the semis 2008 only for dem to be eliminated by paul schole wonder goal before guadiola took over. In guadiola first year in 2009 when he won everything including the champions league it was the same squad. Etoo only left after 2009 season and some of the players
Please i need people with facts to quote me not sentiments

And Tuchel was sacked by PSG that is one of the biggest clubs in Europe.

Pep can never be sacked.

Pep is not Tuchel's mate, Tuchel should compare himself with Chelsea's first UCL coach winner.

If Pep show all the trophies and records he has to Tuchel, him Tuchel will faint.

Now u are comparing French league to Dominating EPL.
And u will still come here to argue that EPL is the toughest league in the world.

All i see is double standard. No coach can have it all. As great as Alex Ferguson was, he won UCL just Twice in his 30yrs+ career.
It still doesnt reduce his greatness.
When u are good, you are good.
Dominating EPL alone is a feat PEP did with city and no past city coach has ever done

So is he indirectly saying if his contract expires and he hasn't won the UCL which he had earlier on promised to win at City, he'll still leave?

For what na? undecided

I can only imagine how man. City will instantly become a shadow of it's present self from the very day The greatest tactician himself will decide to leave the Etihad cheesy. Even common ordinary Norwich go begin use dem stone ground anyhow tongue

They won leagues with Mancini and Pellegrini before Pep came there. So no, they will still be strong. They may even have a greater chance of winning the UCL AFTER Pep leaves.
