(The DNA was just the first part of the evidences ....... There was a surveillance video that captured the unmistaken identity of the assailant according to the young lady descriptions.....the video was neither produced nor released by the prosecution even though they acknowledged its existence....... i have evidences to prove its existence and the police is withholding this exculpatory evidence.) 2 Likes |

daddytime: Well That dude can't be sentenced in more than one life and he can't face the issues many people face outside an American prison in Nigeria My brother was detained in Nigeria simply because someone gave him a lift He didn't know that the person had issues with some people These people attacked the person that gave him a lift They were about to kill that person when the person brought out a gun to defend himself My dad, mum, sister and I have been sending money to him to get miserable amounts of whatever food, soap, toothpaste, etc. As at yesterday He said he didn't have clothes to wear In other words He couldn't change clothes You can't compare Nigerian prisons especially the one in which my brother is to those in America I am facing something worse because my brother's case is affecting me in different ways The person that was arrested for being in possession of a gun spent a very short time in prison compared to my brother who is still there My brother never knew that person had a gun But that person quickly left the prison after using money That person basically bought his freedom That person's car was returned back to him Can you see the kind of system that exists in Nigeria? My brother was arrested because that person mentioned my brother as someone he knew before But I also know that person and that person knows me Does it mean I have committed any crime or I am aware of any crime committed by him?? Hushpuppi had friends in secondary school Will you arrest and detain ALL his friends from secondary school I have been devastated by what I have seen Some people even on Nairaland accuse others baselessly They turn statements upside down They divert from the message and come up with useless comparisons and condemnations If all you can do is to make up unnecessary claims against me because I don't have money to effectively SUE you Don't respond at all I am fed up with many things............ Life is absurd no matter how rich anyone is The rich can bribe to remain above the poor 4 Likes |

ajl: You hit the nail on the head, Bro. To many Nigerians who have never travelled abroad, America is like Heaven to them. But the reality is what you've just penned down now. I'd advise them to watch ID channel on DSTV or GOTV and see for themselves, how the American Justice system works. Then they'll know that in their judicial judgements, there's a different sentencing for Whites, Blacks, and foreigners, especially Africans. So much prejudice goes into their judgements, especially if the crime is committed by a Black on a White, and worse still, if the jury deciding the case is an all-White one. The only difference between injustice in Naija and America is that they treat their own criminals better in terms of the living conditions in their prison system, and the police also give the alleged criminals the human respect they deserve during interrogation, unlike Naija, where dem go don use beating and torture scatter your head in the process of "interrogation". 5 Likes |

1stGenAmerican: I do understand your concerns sir but I will advice you to start looking at the evidences......... The fact that a black male committed a crime does not mean ANY black male should be responsible. This is not the type of justice the young lady wants........ The evidences I am posting were entirely produced by the prosecution...... Before you Judge me please wait to see more evidences......DNA is just number 1. Number 2. There is one exculpatory video from the surveillance camera footage that showed the unmistaken identity of the assailant the lady reported.....this exculpatory video evidence was with held and never released by the prosecution. 3, My phone GPS that showed I was at different location at the same time of the alleged crime, is it possible to be at two different locations at the same time speaking with a doctor on the phone and at the same time raping a young lady outside in the wood during the day? 2 Likes |

Powerhouse5050: Your phone GPS showed that you were at a different location at the same time of the alleged crime so how come the crime led to ? Can you shed more light here. |
Re: Mistaken Of Identification by 1stGenAmerican(f): 3:22pm On Oct 09, 2021 |
Powerhouse5050: You are not being truthful about several things. Are you stating that you and those privy to the case were never shown the surveillance video? If you are then that is an outright lie on your part. In the US, your phone’s GPS is not very important since it can be manipulated and spoofed by the owner of the phone. What is admissible and stands in court are the pings from your phone to cell towers and these records are subpoenaed from mobile carriers. The ping records show the coordinates of each and every cell tower a phone has connected to. Cell tower records provided by 2 US carriers put you in the exact location of the crime at the exact time that it was committed. 7 Likes |

Re: Mistaken Of Identification by 1stGenAmerican(f): 3:28pm On Oct 09, 2021 |
RightDecision15: Because GPS location can easily be manipulated and spoofed by the end user via an app, it is not what is used. Instead, cell tower data/records that must be subpoenaed by the courts are used as admissible evidence in courts. If you search through apps available for download, you will find a number of apps that allow you to spoof your GPS location. Perhaps the court system in Nigeria may not realize that however it is a commonly known fact in the US. 1 Like |

RightDecision15: The GPS of my phone put me 2 cell towers away from the crime location cell tower....... That was the official record released by T-Mobile and also the record of my phone calls were released My phone call record showed that I was speaking on the phone with my medical doctor for complete six minutes....it showed time, date, the dialed number and call successful. This crime lasted for 10minutes and between 6:51pm - 7.03pm I started making phone at 6:55pm - 7:02pm I was on the phone at the same time I was suppose to be licking vagina, kissing this child, punching and threatening the child......yet this lady does not report the man was on phone. The hand I was suppose to be using to tear up cloths was busy holding cell phone to my hears... The Mouth I was suppose to be using to threatening this lady was busy speaking with a doctor. How is that possible to be doing those 2 things at the same time my fellow nairalanders? I can post all these evidences here for the world to see These are the evidences my defense attorney failed to present to the court and the jury never heard anything about it. These evidence I'm talking about was produced by the prosecution,I am using the same evidences they produced to fight my case. The young lady reported the man had a facial hair....however the video showed I never had a facial hair, I don't keep facial hair. So in addition to the fact that the assailant wears khaki short ,we know the assailant had facial hair toooo, These are 2 distinct qualities that I did not have at the time of the crime. The lady did testified at the trial also about the facial, when the defense want to conduct in-court identification the prosecution objected to it and the judge agreed with the prosecutor arguement...WHY? Why can't the lady be allowed to identify her attacker inside court, it is normal and accepted procedure in United States but in my case it was argued against? 3 Likes |

That was it. I had the evidence but it was her presented and even my phone tivities was available ,the evidence that could have shown that I was on the phone speaking with my doctor at the same time this crime was going on. |

Powerhouse5050: This is a serious case. Nigerian government would have been the best to help at this type of case but one can’t rely on them. The report they put online about this case not favorable to you at all because the report claimed that the DNA put you at that scene. Below is the report: Surveillance footage showed Bah chasing the girl into the wooded area, and DNA evidence put the Nigerian national at the scene of the rape. Bah was able to enter the U.S. on either a B-1 or B-2 business and tourist visa after living in Japan. At trial, Bah asked that he be returned to Nigeria, but the judge denied his plea. |

1stGenAmerican: We understand that the American justice system is one of the best in the world. But still you know the justice system is not 100% perfect. I understand that the OP made some mistakes but please can you take a chill pill and look at his case from a very neutral point of view? One thing I know is that if someone doesn't have the right funds or has a bad legal representation/advice, he/she can be screwed like he is being. I don't know how to say it, but I have been setup before maybe that is why I choose to look at it differently. 1 Like |

The were 4 cameras located at different locations in the complex Camera 1 captured me : The clothing description by this lady and her family on 911 record showed the black male was wearing a Khaki short..... However I wasn't wearing khaki shorts. There is another camera angle that captured the black male wearing khaki shorts, this video was viewed by a detective Adam Kiker and he wrote in his observatory report that he saw the black male that wears khaki short on camera. That was the black male the lady reported, where is the video so that the world could see the face of the assailant. This video was never released....... Detective Adam Kiker also testified at the trial that he has seen the video and man in khaki short. The video is an exculpatory evidence for me because I can never be at two different locations at the same time wearing two different types of cloth. I have sent a copy of the 911 to Chatinent I have sent a copy of the police officer report also I also sent the police office trial testimony where he admitted to have seen the video of the man in khaki short. The lady and her family all testified at the trial that the man was wearing khaki short. Let us assume the victim was traumatized and made the mistake, how about the police officer that watched the surveillance video and confirmed he saw the man in khaki short was he traumatized also? And 3 years later,he came to the trial to testify under oath to this report. Please wait for chatinent to upload these documents and you can see for yourself. The police maliciously confused the general public by showing the wrong video, even though they are in possession of the real culprit video. |

So many angles to this case and story for one to begin to even doubt his own sanity... Bro, if you are truly innocent and a victim of a mistrial and prejudice, I sincerely hope you find the help that you clamour for, the true criminal apprehended, taken in, and given the same sentence you currently carry. However, if you are lying and trying to mislead people, bro, that'd be an extra sin on your part. Since you posted about this case here, I've gone reading more about your case from different sources and blogs, one of which is LIB. In one of the comments on the aforementioned blog, someone who supposedly knew you posited that you both were workmates and that you were framed up blablabla...for whatever reasons. Now my question to you based on your last update is this: 1. You claimed to have entered the US from Japan sometime in April of the same year and barely two months before the said rape incident that you would eventually get roped in for and ultimately jailed for. Did you travel to the US specifically for the purpose of buying these 6 SUVs? If yes, are you able to provide and defend your source of funds for the purchase, and why did you do a cash purchase? (For those who might not understand where these questions are coming from, this has a huge bearing on the ops history and case and you'd understand later as this case unravels). 2. While you were a resident at this apartment complex, were you living alone, what was your living arrangement, lifestyle, and general relationship with other occupants of the said complex viz a viz neighbourhood. Were you the loud one who'd terrorize neighbours and other occupants with our usual "noise" and one who can't be linked directly to any legitimate source of affluence commensurate with his obvious lifestyle? Remember, you were just two months in the US on a visitors visa, driving an SUV, and already purchased 6 of the same in cash when there are people born and bred there like the victim's parents, the police officers, prosecutors, jurors, and even the Judge in your case who might only own at most, 2 vehicles they probably might still be paying for in bits. 3. Why did you have to change counsels as often as you did? And where you were justified with such changes, were your new counsels always updated with your file and case at every point in time, and can you tell for certain that your file was being treated as it ought to? As much as I feel you could have been a victim of a mistrial or miscarriage of justice, everything I've read from you and some parts of your case records points to the fact that you got too laxed and arrogant at the crucial and early stages of this case probably due to the few "millions" you had in your account and thus felt, the worst that could happen to you was, you'd be found not guilty and eventually getting deported to Nigeria to continue flexing your wealth. This arrogance and defiance could certainly be felt and could have irked anyone including your very own defence counsel thereby leading everyone to believing you were indeed guilty. There are so many angles to your case my brother as I started above, but the last of them which I won't shy away from letting you and everyone else know or take very seriously is KARMA. I believe so very firmly in karma. No be everybody dem dey collect him thing dey go free. Whether white, black, red, green or yellow human. The moment the victim shed tears and send words to you in that pain, forget it...your own don be. I honestly pray your appeal see the light of the day and help finds you, otherwise, na you do yourself guy. This should serve as a very huge life lesson to us all particularly the ones amongst us who have chosen to glamorize everything evil even when it could end another's life while falsely believing we are smart and living life on the "fast lane". This could have been I, you, and us all reading here because we always wrongly believed in our own warped understanding of life. I can 100% relate to op's case based on personal experiences. I feel sorry for Nigeria and her youths every day. We've all become persona non-grata to one and every. To cap it all off, it doesn't look like abating one bit to say the least. Bless you, mate. 6 Likes |

daddytime: To answer your question 1, Yes I came to US just to buy vehicles, I live and work in Tokyo Japan 2, I was long alone,no friends and no visitor 3, I realized most of the attornies just want to negotiate plea deal, most times the DA used your own attorney to trick you into taking pleas... I knew I was going to fight and it takes long time to get anthe right attorney, ... I was in jail for 3 years and I saw how people lives were traded and manipulated I wasn't going down like that |
