As far as I could remember, I've always had very painful menstruation. To a point that it affects my ability to work or be productive.
Painkillers hardly work, so it's about 4-7 days of Pre menstrual cramps +5 day period of agony. Almost two weeks every month. Sometimes I fall sick during or after my period.
I talked to my doctor. I was thinking family planning pills might pause my periods for sometime. But he said no they don't. He advised I be taking painkillers prior to my period and I have ulcer.

I'm tired. NL doctors, what can I do?

You don't need a dick, you don't need painkillers, what you need is a permanent solution, it can be taken as a tea or made into a soup, it is very effective, you can contact me on 08145005826 for more info.

Hehehe, I dont know what doctor you are using, but if you want fairly painless periods, reduced blood flow, and do not have any chronic illness like hypertension, or risk for DVT/PE and do not smoke, I would suggest you go get a COC Pill packet try if for 3 months and see how you feel and if it works for you. painkillers work but come with their own slew of side effects. I can probably help with guiding you if you are open. All the best.

Sorry about this, dear.

I understand exactly how debilitating it is. You need to see a specialist and get to the root cause of the pain.

Some things that help: eating more veggies, hot water bottle, soak in the bath, ice cream and loads of chocolates.
Is she not suppose to stay away from sweet things like chocolate

I believe most people find chocolate comforting and feel better after the indulgence. I've never heard about sweet things. Does sugar increase period pains?

Get pregnant and the pain will disappear for life.

Get one of your favorite boyfriends to impregnate you and thank me later. That's the only lasting solution, ask any other woman

You should see a gynaecologist to rule out endometriosis, PCOS or Uterine fibroids.

I agree with you. A good gynecologist would be helpful. No mind those Kpomo boys wey sex don block their rationality.

.

What you need do is to get some guava leaves, wash and boil and take it morning and night when it's one week to your flow, and continue till the day you see your first stain, you will feel no pain....

Just try... And see how it goes after that.
