Use fedin flexincap, it works effectively and reduces pains drastically. Before she was introduced to it, her menstrual cycle is a things we always get scared of whenever it wants to come. The pain go dey so heavy that I stay with her for the four to five days. I boil water and fill them up on cans so that she can place them on her stomach and sometimes she vomits mercilessly and even fall sick. But when a friend introduces her to feldin flexincap, we taught it was a joke when all became the past and we don't get scared about her menstrual cycle again.

As far as I could remember, I've always had very painful menstruation. To a point that it affects my ability to work or be productive.
Painkillers hardly work, so it's about 4-7 days of Pre menstrual cramps +5 day period of agony. Almost two weeks every month. Sometimes I fall sick during or after my period.
I talked to my doctor. I was thinking family planning pills might pause my periods for sometime. But he said no they don't. He advised I be taking painkillers prior to my period and I have ulcer.

I'm tired. NL doctors, what can I do?

Sorry madam (sister).

I came to understand what ladies go through when I got married and we were expecting a child. I surfed the net, looking for various informations about children, pregnant and nursing Mothers.

This was when I discovered what ladies pass through right from puberty to adulthood.

It is not a funy experience to undergo menstrual cramps, my sister, did your Doctor tell you that continually taking painkillers will pose another threat to your reproductive and general health?.

To start with, is your period regular, if yes, before four days to your flow, start taking garlic and ginger in any form you can, be it as tea, or as spices in your food, or even raw consumption. Garlic is a natural antibiotics and it is helpful.

To permanently deal with the ugly situation, you have to take a full ERONASTIC ALPHA STONE, dissolved in 35Cl bottle of lime. Take two shots twice daily for 7 days.

This is an unpopular but very effective natural remedy against ailments such as pile, irregular menstruation, painful menstruation, low sperm count, watery sperms, quick ejaculation, stomach ulcers and worms.

I bought this stone for amoebic dysentery and was surprised what other things it does. Since 2018, I have been recommending it to people and no one has never expressed disappointment in the product.

ERONASTIC ALPHA STONE is a combination of herbs from Mediterranean Sea, mustard seed, berniseed, and honey.

Call 07944547193 if interested.

Cheers.

Please see a gynecologist. Painful menses could be due to a lot of issues (mostly anatomical such as fibroids, endometriosis, etc.) Getting the proper investigation and treatment is key. And I wonder why your doctor is against OCPs.

First of all, I am sorry to read that you have to go thru pains. It could be endometriosis or just pain due the shedding of your endometrial layer of the uterus. The pain results from the increase in prostaglandins. Anyways, to address your pain what you need to do is find a place where they sell Ibuprofen or Advil. Take 4 tablets. Each tablet is 200mg, making it 800mg. Most of these medicines now in Nigeria are fake. Take now and always take a day before menstrual pain starts each month or when the first hint of menstrual pain arises. I hope it helps.
Did you read where she said she has ulcer? That drug your recomend will worsen her situation.

Hi @Lollittaa,

So sorry about your pain experience during PMS and the menses itself. Well, As an Aromatherapist with a full understanding of how Aromatherapy can help relieve some medical conditions, I'll like suggest Essential Oils. Not to ingest but rather massage over ur abdomen, lower back, stomach and a little bit below to your pelvic.
Couple of essential oils help with these pains some are Ylang Ylang, Geranium, Clary Sage, Peppermint Oils, Bergamot, Angelica etc
To further assist you, I can do a special blend for you and follow up with your healing process FREE OF CHARGE. Your husband will be involved too cos he has couple of roles to play here. You can chat me on WhatsApp 08039568171.

Just in case I do not reply to comments, I am not regular here. Would try to follow this topic bumper to bumper.

not its not.

I have strong feelings it is Adenomyosis.

Try and see a specialist (gynaecologist in a teaching Hospital).

Forget all the above comments telling u to kill urself with painkillers. Don't go and damage ur stomach and liver while trying to cure something.
Re: Painful Menses. Please Help! by OrdinaryNigeria(m): 5:25am On Nov 02, 2021
U can take those pain killers even if u have ulcer.
Take it after meal or with antacids.
Start the painkillers once daily, two days b4 the menses to reduce de amount of prostaglandin u priduce

U can also use pain killers dat have no effect on ur ulcer but they are very very expensive
Re: Painful Menses. Please Help! by Ladycewhy(f): 5:26am On Nov 02, 2021
Please Lollittaa whatever you do don't take any concoction or stronger pain killers. You will only be worsening your ulcer.

You should see a gynaecologis since you were once diagnosed of cyst. By the way any kids yet?

Mid twenties.
I guess I'll have to see one. Though I was diagnosed with ovarian cysts in 2012, I thought it went away cos I was given some drugs.
Thanks.
painful menstruated is normal. Have you tried painkillers like buscopan and felving? It will stop when you start having kids. Ovarian cysts is not the cause of the painful menstruation. Pele

It was terrible for me years back when I was still single. Drugs weren't working for me and I even had nausea. The only thing that managed to calm it down a little was parle soda drink of those days. But you know what, the pain started reducing when I started having children. Now, I don't remember it anymore. Just try and cut down your intake of sugary thinks prior to your start date, and during the period.

Listen to your Doctor. Keep taking painkillers. U may add Diclofenac 250mg two tab of 500mg should do the magic.

Pls don't take this shocked. That is way too high dose of diclofenac. It will cause GI bleeding. Besides it doesn't even come in 250mg. Pls don't take Diclofenac if you are an ulcer patient.
