Good morning , I woke up this morning to another debit on my UBA bank account whereas my atm and everything is here with me. It's been the third or fourth debit I will be receiving in about a week and it happened always around 11pm -1am when I must have been sleeping. I'm too smart you can't steal a Kobo my bank account.login into ur Bank app and freeze ur atm card u can even block the damn case

I am seriously suspecting an old staff turned Yahoo boy but I don't have evidence and the narration always shows ikeja POS or something like that.

Please how do I get to know this culprit?

This is why i refused to collect my uba card and they keep disturbing me with calls to come get it. Is it a must to collect card even tho you have charged me for it. UBA has too many internal fraudsters.

Oga call your bank and report the case. They withdrew money from your bank 1,2,3 times and you still didn’t think to find a lasting solution. Maybe you have too much money in your bank account. Until they clear out everything before you will know the right thing to do.

calm down they had a system glitch, transaction on ATM/POS are not been impacted instantly since last week, even failed transactions is taking 3 to 5 days to reverse. your acc might be on lien sef. i had same issue & when i visited the bamk i was given a detail explanation of what happend. i believe your funds are secured. the funny thing is that irrespective of where you are, the narration is carrying POS ikeja

It's possible these are transactions you've initiated previously.

Does the money in your account balance reduce?

My mom had similar issues two days ago.

She received like 5 debit alerts amounting to around 200k.

You can imagine her fear!

Early morning the next day, she went to the bank.

Turns out that her account balance is still the same.

Those alerts were from earlier transactions.

You can install the UBA app.

This will enable you monitor your account more effectively.

..........

But then, do follow up. If you feel there's some serious foul play, storm the bank.

Just walk into a UBA branch and ask to see their Resident Auditor. Your matter will receive adult attention.

So what will you advise in my case Sir in case UBA did not have resident auditors ? How do I go about this ?
1. Block your card first cos it has been compromised.
2. Get a new card it will not happen again.
3. The money gone is gone forever.
4. Bank can not do anything rather they keep on tossing you up and down.
5. Just believe that was sacrifice to gboys
