Most of our trainee operators earn more than what some firms or banks can pay their employees in a month. We have trained Ph.D. holders, masters, and even BSc graduates to operate heavy machinery. Therefore, working in a company or a bank as an accountant does not mean good pay. some bank workers are earning between 50k to 100k depending on their duties and ranks. Building a refinery is a highly complex and complicated endeavor and what happens is, Dangote will hire a consulting firm to over see the whole process.

The consulting firm breakdown the whole project into sub specialized unit and sub contract each of those sub units to other contractors or consultants.

These sub contractors or sub consultants can further breakdown their units into smaller parts and sub contract each part to other highly specialized companies….it is these highly specialized companies that then hire laborers and specialists and also pay them to work.

Dangote like many will read about this for this first time on the pages of Twitter, that is if someone forwards it to him.

He could be earning more as a labourer than the person soliciting help for him. Irony of life!
