The best solution is for Russia to cease fire and go for diplomatic solution.

As far as they are killing Ukrainians, I don't think negotiations would go on smoothly.

If they are overhyped, why is NATO not getting involved fully instead of using proxy? NATO is 30 countries, Russia is one, they are more stronger than Russia and they have more Nukes also.
