Men and women are born from the very same loins and women so it makes sense to conclude that share a nature.

Where some claim a polygamous side to men, there is a polyandrous side to women, balancing out that claimed nature. Women have the same "right" given them by nature that men have to "cheat", so I am not certain why you somehow assume you make the law where women are concerned where nature has of her own deemed them both capable of expressing the same traits.
