I've been away from house for 2 weeks and came back yesternight, only to check my FTA decoder and of all the channels i checked, only one is showing and it isn't stable too.

Could this be a general issue or there is something wrong with my decoder and positioning?

Note: I installed the decoder and dish myself and all the channels were working ok before i left 2 weeks ago.

Gurus in the house, please help me.

Get another installer to do the job for you. Ensure you change the position if necessary. Please bear in mind that the installation may be as if you are doing it freshly if you are nailing it in a new position. For any further guidance, WhatsApp me on my hotline 08060150782

GET A CLEAN FLASH DRIVE AND DOWNLOAD FIRMWARE (SOFTWARE OF 4950H ).
SWITCH OFF THE DECODER
PLUG THE FLASH DRIVE
SWITCH ON THE DECODER
THE DECODER WILL BE ABLE TO DETECT THE DRIVE AND RUN A FRESH INSTALLATION
I BELIEVE THIS WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM

Tiger decoder remote is needed,, please if any body have it, kindly indicate.
