I just bought land measuring approximately 1 full plot in Oyo Town..
I am a business young man.. It has always been my dream to build house in a descent estate not too far from my business location.
So luckily I got one virgin land just close to the major road.
The cost is 1.4 million naira, including lawyers and agent fees...
Moulding of blocks is presently ongoing and the fencing foundation will commence next week when the blocks will be dried enough.

I reserve 13 million for a Duplex. Two rooms with toilets and bathrooms, a sitting room and kitchen.

13 million won't get you standard four bedroom bungalow in some part of Nigeria like Lagos.

I planned getting one after that Army range through one real estate company like that. Selling for 3.2mil last year. Will enquire how much now though I'm considering at Choba (omoukiri) behind Uniport for 3.75mil

I know the estate.. Golden estate!! It is now N3.5m not N3.2m.. the one at choba is good too. They have done their perimeter fencing and security gate it is N3.75.

They are rare but available, this one happens to be a virgin land, was above my budget though so had to get elsewhere in the same igwuruta for 2.5m, was this cheap because of the bad access road, luckily Wike awarded the contract and it was done, it's around 3.5m now, some sell more.

Omo building is not child's play my 3 bedroom is at lintel n av spent a lot. The foundation alone at the back is almost my height . Things are really expensive mehn. Person no fit flex sef because if u remember the project you go weak. . Las las e must complete one day

Full conduit means full piping all wire will be in conduit pipe while half conduit is just piping on the wall ,the wire will just be on the ceiling

Land is very expensive in SE and it appreciates rapidly.

Bros, land cost in Owerri area is artificial, because since 2007 till today, Imo state has been having poorly educated and grudgy governors who do devt ONLY in Owerri state capital, because they think that state was created for urban development of ONLY state capital.
