And what proof do you have of this claim of his? His word? It’s just a format if he did not send a restricted screenshot. Again did you personally report his account? Or is he saying anyone can randomly report his account without personal proof of fraud and it will be restricted? It don’t work that way! If you did not go to his bank to report, trust me his account is functional.
