The problem was that the doctor interviewed the boy and found out he was 15 instead of the 21 that was on his passport. The doctor refused to go on with the operation.

Ekweremadu later decided to go to Turkey to look for another Organ, and was arrested at Heathrow Airport

The problem is he was using a minor for it, not an adult, which is against their slavery act blah blah blah.
