If peradventure it turns out to be that their age was falsified in those original national documents, I cannot legally be held responsible if I had permitted them into an establishment which allows only patrons that are 21+. If I am dragged by the authorities, I will simply cite the national documents they provided as my main defence and direct the court to the passport and ID issuing agencies.

The above is common sense, but unfortunately, you dont seem to possess the basic IQ to grasp the logic behind dragging the bank and NIS and NIMC into this case.
