Corn is useless if that's all a presidential hopeful can promise along with some phantom cassava. Ordinarily it the most common food but promising corn and cassava isn't enough. What will he do concerning insecurity that's driving farmers away from farm? Disease killing crops? Lack of storage facilities? Power issue that making mechanization of farming hell?
