There's almost no deterrent to not commit crime in the UK, the punishment for most crime actually make crime attractive to some low lives

she will be warned severely never to try it again and put her on a diet programme. grin cheesy

the ones with plasma too won't go to jail. . . . .as it is, the prisons are filled to the brim.
there's no space to keep all these yobs - so many of them will not get custodial sentence apart from the ones who were violent.
