The woman's hair is the covering of the hair. It's not about wearing something as to cover the hair. Read verse 15 and see for yourself. At the end whether you cover or you don't it is not a big deal.
Besides that wearing covering has to do with Jewish customs as at then. They and the Arab nation has this similar tradition of covering so they were dealing with culture and tradition there. So do what you think that is good for you.
