LoLz, anyone who still believes Obi loves self deception. Obi that keeps insisting that government has not given him ordinary pure water since he left office and they'd be clapping like it's an achievement. Obi that asked Anambra government for government house to declare his presidency ambition, that one never reach pure water na. All his security apparatus never reach pure water. Ungrateful liar.

At least if he assented to it in 2009 and from 2009 till 2014 he left office, he should have paid at least one year pension to Ngige and the person before him.
It was same you people that are flying about where Ngige said, he has never received any pension from Anambra.

His words do not match his actions. In Anambra, there exist pension benefits law signed by Peter Obi.
It is rather easier to have tranches of funds diverted into private purse through a bank you owned with your tracks easily covered.

There exists a pension law in Anambra? And Obi voluntarily chose not to benefit from it? How many people would do that? The fact that Obi is entitled to pension benefits by law, but willingly rejected it, is all the more reason to respect the man

You can't reject something you willingly signed into law, he should have rejected the bill instead. Ngige also "chose" not to collect his. It is rather a matter of choice.

The law is there, who signed it is the question here. Because you're trying to use it against him as if he was the one that initiated the bill, use the House Assembly to pass it and he later assented to it.
If somebody believe in something and he assented to it in 2009 and in 2014 when he left office, he never dim it fit to pay even a year out of 5 years after when the bill was claimed to have been signed to law, to either pay Ngige or the person before him at least a year pension. This is just a common sense that is not common.
Always keep to your argument, you said he signed it into law not if Anambra has it as law. The two are different thing. Keep to what you want to use against him, not if they have it or not.

The local govt pensioner haven't received and Obiano and present Govt Soludo are having financial challenges cos Anambra is struggling so its not easy to pay that kind of money for now which Soludo already initiate a plan on how to pay pensioner.

Abeg where is the written letter from Peter Obi that states he reject an act of the state parliament that is already in the first line charge of the state disbursement.

This is a blatant lie. Anyone who know how these things work will be laughing at you guys saying Obi doesn't benefit from the law he passed.

Because he said that doesn't mean it is true. It is one of those lies he us used to.

Bring out the signed document from Obi that stopped the payment of the pension.

An outrageous Pension bill for ex-govs. was passed under his administration with him been fully in support of it. Infact he clamoured strongly for it .
Then on completion of his tenure, when he should start exploiting from the dubious bill he himself orchestrated. He rejected it all, as an ex-Gov himself.

It means just one thing only: he had stolen enough.

Obi never said Anambra past governors do not receive pension. What Obi said is he rejects all the things the state government gives outgoing governors. Things like pension, house and land. Obi is the only ex governor that has rejected those things in Nigeria.

What exactly is your point? Does Anambra State government pay Obi pension? Did Obi get a house and a portion of land from the State government as his benefit for governing the State?

Your logic is so childish and weak. Many States adopted the bill before and after 2009. This means it is a normal practice in every State in Nigeria. Obi signed it because it is the normal thing in Nigeria. He then rejected the entitlement to show he is personally against the bill. Obi signed the bill because the stake holders and the State house of assembly wanted it. Only a tyrant will refuse to sign the bill.

A governor is not the one who proposes a bill in a State. A governor only signs a bill when majority in the State house of assembly approves the bill. A selfish governor can bribe some house of assembly members to propose a bill that will in turn serve the governor's personal interest. But in this case, Obi rejected those things. Had it been he accepted those entitlements, it will be believed he lured the house into passing the bill.

Spot on
