Sorry, I have been out, and have to cope with my offline realities.

Just had a second son and I am not a fan of house help. So, I am fully active in house duties 😆.

Anyways... I have not been able to reach my goal, still stuck at 600-700 and I haven't added many articles. Currently at 180 articles.

Most of these writers use AI as it is and in my experience, AI articles will barely rank beyond Position No. 5 even after 6 months. So, if I am not writing, I just leave everything like that.

AI is meant to be an assistant, especially chatsonic since it's connected to Google and can help you find facts and bring out texts from research works. But you're not meant to copy the articles and use them as it is. SMH

While still violently pressing to meet my $5000k monthly goal with the use of easy longtail keywords, I discovered another great way to get some money.

The new way is to create blogs with 100 articles and sell them for $1000, and that is if the performance is just average. If the traffic is high, you could sell $1k to $5k.

This is certainly not on flippa, as buyers have become apprehensive, and protocol is quite long with a series of verification, the same goes for motioninvest, and let's not even talk of feinternational, those are for serious businesses earning hundreds to millions of dollars from their blogs

To sell on any of these reputable sites above, you'll be willing to wait for 1 - 3 weeks. But I found where to sell the same day, and also sell for a good price as the buyers appreciate the use of expired domains. Cost me over $179 in membership(very much worth it).

1) Writers, I only have one writer I trust very well, and she can't be everywhere, so I'll need more. My experience with Nairaland writers hasn't been so good.

They either use AI and when you catch them, they edit the AI articles to beat the detection of AI tools such as Zerogpt, but the bad part is that their articles always have a poor readability score with zero effort on creativity and research. I certainly never pay below #2.5 I even offer up to #3.5 - #5 and the results are not worthy.

Here is a typical example of how Ezoic is better than AdSense.

I had a dog niche blog, I almost sold it for #350k to a Nigerian. It earns roughly $4-5 every month, which is equivalent to $1.25 weekly.

It has roughly 20 visits from Google alone, but a total of 40+, including direct visits and other search engines.


It is my least-performing site, but I moved it to Ezoic anyways. I set up the leap just fine, and it loads perfectly on mobile and desktop(I didn't pay to get it fixed since it's not earning that much yet)

7 days later, it's doing $5.34 in just a week, which is the equivalent of 4x of earnings.


Here is another thing to have in mind, once you're Ezoic approved, delete your site from AdSense. Reason: when your site is still on Adsense, Adsense will show more ads to your visitors than EZoic.

If you manually visit your site with incognito mode, you will see AdSense anchor ads on top of the screen as opposed to Ezoic's bottom-of-screen anchor ads 6/10 times you visit your site.

Not just the anchor ad, another profitable spot, the above menu header ad will be claimed by Adsense most times, and they'll still pay peanuts. Just give Ezoic the total ad share.

In case you want to venture into blogging, don't forget it can never get saturated. And you can succeed at any time you join, you just need to know what you're doing.

Also, if you have the means, you can secure 5-10 sites, dump 3 articles written with easy keywords, and let the sites sit for 2-3 months, while you focus on just one site.

In 2-3 months, 7 should be performing very well, if you have the means, you can build these sites to sell, or build and keep earning from them.
