So you have an embassy in London and have an NPA office too to process entry documents. What is the big deal about processing 200,000 tonnes of import that you need another office in London. What are the documents for importation that cannnot be accessed online and then checks are carried out by customs at the point of entry. Some of you guys are so bereft of ideas.
