The SE's pattern of voting has remained the same since 2015. 2023 is a deliberate repeat of the same pattern. There's no lesson to learn, just another round of Buhari's 8years without any substantial appointment from SE. But one good thing is "we all suffered in the Buhari's regime together irrespective of who or the region that brought him to power. The truth is "if the Tinubu regime is good - I personally pray it turns out good - every Nigerian will benefit, irrespective of who you voted for.

There is no any external alliances that will help us keep our northern stronghold in the basket than strengthening our exiting internal value networks with the position of the Senate President of the 10th assembly.

We may attempt to assuage the SE or the SS with number 3, but that is more of an emotional decision than political-strategic one. Taking such a risk will have no bearing upon future political success beyond temporary applause of the moment.

This guy is very very right. For the 2027 political strategy, it is better the North West has the Senate Presidency and the South-South the Speaker of the House. The South-East can have the Deputy Senate Presidency. The South East is of no political value to the APC. The North West is seriously needed to be comfortable that the 2027 election is just going to be a formality

However, it shouldn't just be purely political, let us put some sentiments into it, let us give the Senate President to the South-South and to Godswill Akpabio because that is God's Will.

U guys make me laugh, so the reward of Lawan and Saraki has paid off for people of Gombe and Kwara, they will just be deceiving gullible citizens while they embezzle and share the official cake amongst themselves and their family members. I wouldn't want a person from my state to have it if it would not benefit the common man on the street.
