No not at all. The fact that they are not here does not mean that they won't occupy other necessary position of powers, most especially, the country's treasury. Every region cannot be represented in this tiny spot. Even if they are there it really means nothing, as long as your members are represented within the National Assembly and House of Representative, and their main duty is to pass and make laws.
