Dikegodspower: In 2011 t0 2015 President Goodluck Jonathan (SS Vice President Namadi Sambo (NW) Senate President David Mark (NC) Deputy Senate Preside Ekweremadu(SE) Speaker Tambuwa (NW) Deputy Speaker Emeka Ihedioha (SE) Chief Justice of Nig Dahiru Mustapha(NW Nothing from the southwest and yorubas did not cry blue murder or victimization. They put on their thinking caps, went into alliance with other northern parties and Punish Jonathan for his action by ensuring he lost the 2015 election, despite the fact that a yorubaman in the name of Obasanjo gave him the opportunity for vice president and same youruba people lead by Pastor Bakare, Falana etc lrd Save Nigeria Group to force the Senate to pass the doctrine of necessity law that paved way for Jonathan to assume presidency, He did not bothered that yoruba was not represented in his hierachy of govt. If the Igbos realised the danger in putting their eggs in one basket, they will know it is unprofitable to do so. You cannot invest in Labour alone 100% and expect returns in other party. Yorubas are evenly spread across the 3 major parties. Obasanjo, Doyin Okupe, Bode George, Osuntokun, Diran Onifade etc are in labour Party. And Labour won a state in the Southwest Dele Momodu,National Secretary of PDP, Debo Ologunagba, legal Adviser - Kamal Ajibade etc and PDP won Osun State. In APC, yorubas are there in sufficient numbers too. If you risk all your entire savings in bet9ja, you have no right to demand money or assistance from others if you lose out. It is their prerogative to help or not. In the final analysis, Obi and Obidients indirectly helped Tinubu to power by dividing what could have been an easy win for Atiku. So they deserve some recognition 2 Likes |

Triangles1:Perter Obi deserves to be made a minister under Asiwaju. There’s no denying the fact that Peter Obingò really played a pivotal role in ensuring that Asiwaju become victorious The last elections would have been chaotic for Tinubu if Obingò ekuke wasn’t having the false hope that he would become president. Obi remains the biggest MVP in all these. Back to the topic, kudos to Asiwaju and of course, APC for rewarding loyalty and merit. Some groups of nonentities were barking late last month that APC should zone the senate presidency to their sad east 1 Like

Exmilitant: And they will elect someone that will frustrate d president good intentions for their political and interest only. In fact, if not careful they will make 8yrs wasteful making the president a bad leader cos nothing can be done without the legislative input. One of the Buhari failure in the first four yrs was his ignorance about knowing who he shld pick as senate president.. allowing saraki to emerge caused him so much and Tinubu wouldn't allow that. 1 Like |
