Ekweremadu's trial was not televised. Only the sentencing was. I'm sure the final judgement on this case will be televised. The judges need maximum concentration. They don't need distraction. Remember that at the end of the day it's that law that will decide and not emotions and sentiment.

The burden of proof is on the petitioners and they must prove it beyond reasonable doubt.
