The Osun case was about over voting, hence the need to produce the bvas machines to show the number of accredited voters inputted into the machines at the PU. In Obi's petition , the issue is mainly about the RESULTS of votes caste at the PU. Therefore , the major proof needed is the result sheets and the IREV. The votes recorded in the result sheets must agree with that transmitted to the IREV.

Another point to note is that result of votes is not recorded in the Bvas machine. Hence the Bvas might not be critical in disproving the results.

Na lies and propaganda from the clueless APC propagandists now. Dapo Abiodun was giving the electorates 10k each in the polling units in the last March 18th governorship poll. Not only that I’ve 50 polling units was cancelled in Sagamu LG alone not to talk of other LG in Ogun State

stop displaying your ignorance here. Bvas machines are different from Irev portal where Bvas machines are used to send the results to Irev portal.

I once mentioned it on a thread that BVAS is just a machine that accredit voters!

With the court judgements below, it means if you provide a BVAS machine for a polin unit, the only thing BVAS would validate is numbers of accredited voters!

Once the numbers of votes are not more than the numbers of accredited voters, then such result stands! But if numbers of votes supersedes numbers of accredited voters, according to BVAS, then such result would be canceled!

The only advantage of this BVAS is that... If it accredit 200 voters in a poling unit, no matter the level of rigging that wants to occur, total votes must not be more than 200!

Unlike during the era of Pdp where a poling unit can be having imaginary 10,000 votes! BVAS reduces rigging largely..

In that case Tinubu 8 million will reduce to 4m

From the Electoral Act of 2022 to the vow by Mahmood Yakubu in November 2022 that no other method outside electronic transmission of vote results from BVAS to to Inec portal would be used to conductthe 2023 election, to the conduct and stealing of the presidential election; to asking people to go to court - court that APC appointed its judges beginning 2016 in preparation for the 2023 presidential election petition ---- everything was planned ahead.
But Nigeria's masses are going to pay dearer for the plans of the Buharideens to use old and frail Tinubu as siddon de look president for Aso Rock, or live in one hospital to the other abroad; while Buharideens rule Nigeria 🇳🇬; continue their Fulanization and Islamization of entire Nigeria. For the people that brazenly usurped the wishes of the people to confidently tell you to go to court is because they know the system has been rigged against you and they have muddled the law to back up their criminality. Sore losers are still crying over this election. The pain is deep but elections are meant to be won and lost. Tinubu won this fair and square and nobody is going to stop him from being president.
