the nigerian gov already own planes... but to run a SUCCESSFUL NATIONAL AIRLINE in Nigeria, you need to own at least 20 planes specifically built for the business of carrying passengers, then you need plenty of staff on payroll (office staff, aiport staff, pilots, hostesses etc), then you need OFFICES, AIRPORT SLOTS etc that cost MONEY. any yeye business man can own a damn plane, but who will pay for all the above i mentionned, while you try to get this airline off the ground?
