I don't like this type of palliatives. It's definitely going to end up in some people's pockets.

Jonathan tried it and it failed, Buhari tried it and it failed. Tinubu should not end up like those two.

We can't afford another looting bonanza in this country.

Palliatives should be inform

>A scheme to convert 1000 public taxis to CNG from petroleum engines at half the price across the federation and Making CNG readily available

>Create Industrial zones in the six geo political zone and encourage manufacturing of Agro products by giving tax holidays for a five year period for prospective investors.

>Grant Solar companies like SUNKING tax breaks and finance in other to reduce the cost of those solar kits for homes and small businesses (This takes care of generators to an extent)

> Funds to encourage state governments to procure big luxurious buses for cheap transportation.

> Increment in minimum wage.

> Tax reduction for manufacturing businesses already operating in Nigeria.

Those palliatives are not only very different from our regular approach but they also encourages production.
They have started raising brainwashed footsoldiers for the election.
Can you see the retrogressive mindsets of palliatives?
Giving a drop of water to the mouth of someone dying of thirst.
Who did this country offend?

seunmsg, lhordspy, and other Tinubu supporters, how many meals can $7 worth of Agbado fetch one man in Nigeria? After APC PLUNGED NIGERIANS INTO PENURY,
Nigerians voted to end APC on 14th February 2023. But because of Buhari's Islamization agenda, his namesake Mahmood, who he appointed in charge of INEC, brazenly and primitively stole the presidential election for outdated Tinubu, in order for Buhari's program of 24 years of Muslim presidency for Nigeria to move ahead.

Carribean nations are not that 'rich'..some of them (eg Haiti) are very poor, some have large amounts of poor people. (Haiti's poverty is even an example of how European nations impoverish countries).

The USA is just another European nation that became rich first via slavery, then industrialization.
U only mention Haiti. Mention another caribean country that's as poor as Africa. Haiti case is even self inflicted by its own people who had fought so many civil wars among themselves. Haiti got independence as far back as 1887. So it is still d whites that are d cause of haiti problem?? Dey play

Olotu wants to give 8K per month to households as palliative. What is that supposed to do? What can 8K afford in today's market? A 12.5Kg cylinder of cooking gas is about 9,500.

Please what is an entire family supposed to do with 8K? Nigeria is just an experiment Satan and his demons are using to explore the extent of their wickedness.

Tinubu and APC have so many uplifting programmes for communities, petrol subsidy aside.

Do not make petrol subsidy the focus. The proposal for 8,000 a month for 6months is one out of many in pipeline. It will take patience and perseverance from citizens. The govt also need to move in quick steps and help uplift people burdened by these hardships.

One thing I can say is that communication from the Administration is poor. Social welfare is not a political strategy, therefore their intentions and timelines need to be laid out....not hidden. I am sure I can help this administration put out very solid information and keep hope alive for many of our people wondering when their own relief will be rolled out.

What are those "uplifting programmes" that Tinubu and APC have for communities?

Is it another APC you are talking about? Which "uplifting programmes" did they have between 2015 and 2023?

Why should anyone not make fuel Subsidy the focus? Isn't that the topic of the thread? How has your standard of living improved since the so called subsidy was "removed"?

What has the country getting better got to do with the "patience and perseverance " of the people? What do Nigerians have to show for previous acts of this "patience and perseverance"?

What are the leaders in APC that you are supporting persevering?

Is it "solid information" that you want to put out on behalf of d government for your own pocket that d people need or a better standard of living?

From your comment, na your own u de hustle

ONE MAN'S INORDINATE RELIGIOUS AMBITION.
-------------------------------------------

N8000 as palliative? Ridiculous APC.
Because of Buhari's inordinate ambition for a 24 years of unbroken Muslim presidency for Nigeria, APC got forced upon Nigeria by Mahmood Yakubu of INEC through the February 2023 presidential election in Nigeria.
APC NEVER WON THE LAST PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION.

The money is small but he has to start from somewhere, this president is only 1 month old, kudos to president Tinubu that however small, he didn't make Nigerians wait for it. This shows a president who is thinking about the masses and things can only get better from here as he makes his way through his agenda.
