Gips:

I will Suggest you get bowl that will be comfortable for you to seat on (Paint Rubber)

Get Allum (For Purifying Water).
Warm water to almost reach boiling point.
Pour the warm water inside the paint rubber.
Grind little quantity of the alum inside the water and allow is to dissolve or you can stir the alum inside the warm water for like 3min.

Then you seat on it for 10/20min or till the water get cold.

The steam coming out of the water is what is heal the wound... it will make it stronger and tougher...

Same Remedy for ppl having Pile or Blood coming out of their anus.

Tested and confirmed...

Be careful what you recommend
It will make it tighter and the next time they pass a hard stool it will tear it up and worsen it

You need to go the hospital as soon as possible,if your in Ibadan,go to UCH ,see a urologists or gastroenterologist. They will be able to diagnose you,besides you can't see your anus,who told you it's torn?
If it's torn and it's serious,you may need surgery,if the cut is little, doctor will recommend what you need,if it's hemmoroid, doctor will give you liquid paraffin and other stuffs.

I do not comment often but I will try and safe a life because it has happened to me before so I know exactly what you feel , please bro go check around the bus stop where they sell agbo there's this native people that usually comes every evening they will give you something like powder to swallow and then give you some liquids before 3to4 hour's it will flush all the dirts in your systems very very smelly,and your poo will be wattery pls avoid eating bread for now and sugary foods, be taking light foods eg paps and akara, Amala don't eat what ooo you ass go tear oooh,and avoid beer's for now if you can't locate the herbs man,go to Mushin where they sell herbs and tell those old mama your plight they all understand and the will give you herb you will be very ok within hours, I don't recommend you using English drugs it's a completely waste of time and resources.

Stop eating jollof rice or any food that has stew, pepper in them.
Stop taking sugar or anything that has sugar in it like soft drinks, bananas or other fruits that have sugar.
Stop eating boiled eggs.
Stop eating bread because it also has sugar in it.

Drink at least 2 sachets of water after each meal you take.
