On the allegations made by the LP that President Tinubu was not qualified to contest in view of the $460k fine in relation to narcotics charges in the US, the court held that trial and conviction by a court is the only way to prove guilt.

The case was a civil forfeiture case as it is a unique remedy which rests on the property being the target and not the person.

The case was in the civil docket of the United state north district court Illinois.

All those weak allegations were dead straws that desperate 0bidiots were hanging onto to avoid accepting defeat. I’m glad that the judiciary has put all that nonsense to rest.

Obi never won the election and he knows it. He just didn’t know how to manage the broken hearts of 0bidiots so he led them on…unfortunately to a second heartbreak.

End of the road for IPOB candidate. Nzogbu Nzogbu in the mud.

ELupee…75! grin

This should not even have been one of the reasons put forward to challenge the election validity.

The lawyers should have known this. If the case was labeled a civil dispute and forfeiture, then why label it a conviction. Most civil disputes don't even have jail term.
