In Hafs is وَاتَّخِذوْا “WatakhIzu” (You shall take)
In Warsh it is وَاتَّخَذوْا “WatakhAzu” (They have taken/made).

In Quran 2:125 the subject being addressed is that of “Maqam Ibrahim” and the people or believers. The consensus of your scholars is that you (according to Hafs) and they (according to Warsh) is the people or believers even though it could also be referring to Mohammed (as the Qur'an is not explicit).
