i have already told you that government revenues have increased as a result of tough structural measures taken which previous governments had been afraid to take. This means there is more money for social programs but social programs do not manifest in 7 months. Already FAAC allocations to states have doubled. In the meantime I have said I am happy to concede things are tough, those of us with brains did not expect things to be good overnight.
