At some point society always have to regulate women. At some point. Anything that does not take responsibility for their actions is a danger to itself and others

The security men should have covered her nude and collect the money from her to deposit at the counter. Not good for official place as bank. I used to watch an American reality show where some ladies walked on the street naked and police officers will cover them up with big bedsheets or towels so kids will not see nude women walking around.

Nigerians don't like to mind their business, how she chooses to dress shouldn't concern anybody.
You are very correct. If I may ask,
do u dress like this? and if you are not female, and you have a sister or sisters, would you approve of this type of dressing? Innocent curiosity.

How she choose to dress does not concern anybody, what concern everybody is that there are kids of other people around, which we won't want their kids exposed to her nudity. Should parents or every other person hide because of her or what?

Sir, I beg to differ slightly:

How she chooses to dress in her house or compound or space is no other person's concern.

However, it becomes a public concern when her dressing in public space is offensive, embarrassing and despicable.

I have no time to rant with you Mr America. Her dressing is indecent for a public functional place like a banking hall. That's fact. I'm sure you yourself can't be putting on pant to a bank when you're not mad. The number of people quoting that initial rubbish you dropped is a measure of your stupidity to think it is proper. So rest and check yourself cos we can't be all wrong.

Her dressing is inappropriate, that’s true.
The person making the video is a baboon, that’s another fact.
It’s all a jungle, lawless country

Mr Americana, even an Ameriacan will not wear that thing in a bank in Dubai. They understood society differs, but to u everything must revolve around America
