Life is for the rich is hard too... Have you seen donal Trump's son, that young one ... Take a look at him and tell me if you see happiness . Even if you have financial freedom, you still have to deal with a lot of things that money is useless against... Take Micheal Jackson for instance ... He lived a hard life regardless of his wealth. Hardworking is no longer paying hence things becoming hard, people should adjust to brainworking and see the difference. Being born poor or rich don't make any difference as we mostly go through same predicament just in different forms |

You don't need to have N100m before feeling rich, if you have taken care of important things, even if it's just N50k left in your account, you would feel rich like Jeff Bezoz. We priorities our expenses on things that are not generating income for us, while neglecting the important things |

ayjay45: I have found out that most of our poor men and women in Nigeria are wondering aimlessly because they have no written goals but wish. Obasanjo,Tinubu them,Peter obi and Good luck Jonathan are all products of poor backgrounds but the youths if today prefer easy life than the old boys. That is why many of our youths end up becoming drug addicts,gamblers,burglars,cultists,homosexual,lesbianis,yahoo and agbero. |

tochez24: This definition of being poor is just some sort of self consolation. Are those acclaimed poor people not having money at all, what do they do with their money, don't get me wrong, I am not saying some people are not born into rich, privilege or have connections, but there are lots of those people who were once poor. Acclaimed poor people wey dey use latest Iphone phone, wan dey compare latest wear with those who earn more than him abi those who decided to spend their money on weekly owambe/religious program. If you are born poor, it's not your fault but if you die poor, it's solely your responsibility |

ayjay45:This comment is made for the poster to justify his position and take heart,in igboland many self made men came from very poor families and made it,'70-80% of Igbo business persons came from poor families and passed through the apprenticeship program because their family is poor,almost all of the Igbo traders in markets all around Nigeria came from humble background,most times what inherited wealth creates in the children is indifference and lack of respect for money,that is why such wealth easily fizzles away,in my community in imo state the previously poor families are now producing millionaires,WHY?because nothing creates opportunity more than the zealous need to break out of poverty,it gives that extra inner strength and the belief that failure is not even an option. 1 Like |
