Yes we all know there is more to it but there is nothing unfair about the judgment. Applying the option of fine as in the case of Oluwadarasimi Omoseyin is at the discretion of the judge.

l only used the word "murder" to stress or illustrate that the offence he allegedly committed isn't as that serious for fine not to be accepted or be given 6 month sentence. There is more it than Just the spray of money 💰.

The lawyer who advised him or her or himshe to plead guilty on the day he or she or himshe was arraigned must be investigated. The lawyer did Bobrisky dirty. All Himshe would have done was plead not guilty, obtain bail conditions, be set free and negotiate with EFCC to withdraw the case and serve community work. NDLEA did it for Naira Marley, so why couldn't they do the same thing for Bobrisky?

I am not a fan of Bobrisky and his clout-chasing antics but this is not fair on him or her or himshe. 6 months as a transgender in a Nigerian prison is going to be tough for him or her and I hope they don't injure or kill him there.

This is a serious offence, much more than naira abuse.

Efcc should arrest Pelumi Nubi Lag appointed tourism ambassador. There is video of her spraying naira money on internet. Why giving her appointment instead of arresting her? Nonsense & selective justice ⚖️

learn to read , digest and discern properly..or better still familiarise yourself with the dynamics of Nigeria..efcc detention centres are not prisons in any sense..

The lady that was charged for money abuse, didn't plead guilty, the case dragged on till it was settled out of court.
When James brown was arrested alongside some guys accused of Homosexuality, what did they do to them, the let him go when they couldn't pin it on him, He didn't stop his cross dressing after the case.
