If you nominate a political appointee, if you take contracts, eg hitech owned by Tinubu who was awarded the apapa-oshodi and Int'l airport Road projects, you're part of that givernment though indirectly.

Everything, from ward to state level is in favour of Fubara, even Wike rigging machine (GDI) now alligns with Fubara.
