Nate McMillan has done a terrific job with the Hawks and to imagine he is still the “Interim Coach”
Re: The NBA Begins by Khanben: 3:40am On Jun 21
Only a stupid GM will give him the max, he is more of a 4yrs 80mil player. More than that is just wasting money
Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 3:41am On Jun 21
K. Lowry watching with his feet up! Easily could have taken the Sixers further than this..
Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 3:42am On Jun 21
Baba, like @Birdman said which I agree, we have seen worse. The Hawks offered him 4yr/$90M I think.
Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 3:44am On Jun 21
The Sixers have to break this thing! A total rebuild at this point..Remember they chose to keep and pay T. Harris over Butler.

This is why I love TNT.. The analysis/ arguments between these guys is incredible.
Re: The NBA Begins by etidy: 4:12am On Jun 21
etidy:I said and got flake for this. In fact Draymond > Ben Simmons.
Re: The NBA Begins by etidy: 4:15am On Jun 21
etidy:This was in January, unfortunately Ben's trade value has dropped significantly.
Secondly, Trae Young already has a bigger playoffs legacy than Dame lillard , I wonder what's the excuse of the later.

Today’s “Me Against The World” awards go to
D. Booker (Suns) & Nate McMillan (Hawks Coach)
Playing without CP3, Booker willed the Suns to a W in his first conference finals with 40pts in a worthy triple double performance. He reminded us he can also play the PG position despite being a scorer.
Nate McMillan.. what can I say? This man joined the Hawks in the middle of a tough season and today he kept the Hawks close knowing fully well, they stood a chance to win this game. He kept Doc guessing and mixed up his offense tonight.

Anybody in philly that makes mistake to mention the process tomorrow will have himself or herself to blame. Anything from beating to job loss to kidnapping can occur. People wey no get joy to start with.
Re: The NBA Begins by joshboo(m): 5:16am On Jun 21
. Trust the process for how many years now. Either Embiid leaves or they get him better pieces and discard Simmons, thank God GSW kuku dey find am. Make him go learn how to shoot at least from the Splash Brothers, I really doubt if any serious organization who wants a championship would appoint Doc rivers Again, the man na James harden 2.0, Senior Choker.

RENOWNED2:bruh. Bucks have to play against this fast & tricky hawks team.
Re: The NBA Begins by Patrick33(m): 6:19am On Jun 21
At this stage I would’ve preferred if the bucks faced the 76ers...jesus christ ben simmons is horrible...better 419 him do to earn that contract...
Re: The NBA Begins by Patrick33(m): 6:22am On Jun 21
nelsonebby:i think the bucks will still take it..they have an elite defender on trae..last time they met in regular season jrue locked trae badly(can’t remember his shooting % but it was bad) don’t think capela and collins can really stop giannis...plus no durant like player who is constantly hot

Re: The NBA Begins by afrodoc2: 9:51am On Jun 21
If Shaq see Ben Simmons he go strangle am.
Re: The NBA Begins by benji93: 3:30pm On Jun 21
This pandemic looks to be making stars of solid role players. Any GM knows better than to max a player who's not a Superstar. Maybe they should allow increments and decrements based on performance, or shorter-term good-money contracts, so you don't bleed too much even if the player resets to factory settings.
Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 4:05pm On Jun 21
Haha. They are both LSU Tigers and LSU Tigers are renowned to be very aggressive, that is why Shaq is more frustrated with him. He is not showing the spirit of the Tiger.
Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 4:08pm On Jun 21
Baba talk say him no fit commit to Simmons next season oh! Baba talk say him go focus on helping Simmons develop some offense and how to shoot free throws. This takes me back to Kenny's comment last night. Why is Doc suddenly denying Simmons? Before last night's loss, he was stubborn about how he continued to start/ play Simmons especially late in games but not that they have lost he has changed tune.
Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 4:11pm On Jun 21
Only superstars like LeBum/ Kawhi/ Durant/ Steph and other tier 1 players will pursue shorter termed contracts because they are capable of maintaining that tier. The other tiers/ role players like Collins will pursue longer termed contracts with huge guaranteed financial incentives because they know their current situation may be their ceiling so they want to cash out when it is hot.
Re: The NBA Begins by joshboo(m): 8:26pm On Jun 21
He's playing smart obviously and wants to keep his job so the obvious person to throw under the bus is Simmons, even Joel Don dey reiterate he same thing indirectly sey na Simmons make them loose. With the amount of trolls and all mk the Simmons no enta depression sha cos the guy go be reference for failures now, the same way those media fools did to Kwame.
Re: The NBA Begins by joshboo(m): 8:39pm On Jun 21
This players no dey ever learn, which team would take John collins and Make him their star player? Someone that was still suspended last season for drugs,He's not an all star too but believes he deserves a max? na him. Advisers dey deceive am, 90m is not bad for someone without that super start feel if we to be honest. But it's the NBA though Anything is possible. These players are an injury away from Being discarded by teams so him no smart to me Sha not to pick up on the Hawks offer, na the same thing wey ruin Boogey be this asides the injuries
Re: The NBA Begins by mattfeuter(m): 8:54pm On Jun 21

"The East is easy. The East is easy."
They constantly said this to undermine LeBron's dominance in the conference. But he has gone on to win in the West also. And since he left, the Raptors and Heat have made the finals. The Hawks are in the CF and have a shot to make it out. These are teams that had/have no business going that far. So my question is: If the East is weak, why haven't the big guns been making it out every year. In the three years LeBron has been in the West, guys like KD, Kyrie, Harden, Giannis, Embiid, Tatum and Westbrook have played in the East and yet none of them have made the finals. They're about to let Trae Young and Clint Capela make it instead, just like they let Jimmy Butler last year. This is the equivalent of LeBron letting DeRozan and Al Horford make the finals when he was in the East.
Re: The NBA Begins by birdman(m): 3:04am On Jun 22
The way doc and embiid threw simmons under the bus will come back to bite them someday. Simmons was not the only problem in that series. Next season, there will be fake loyalty in the locker room, cuz you know you could be next. Even Harris will be watching his back
