CelebritiesAdesua Etomi Writes, Says She Was Constantly Being Hurt By People She Cared Abou by 8Ebisco(op): 7:17pm On Jun 11, 2018
Adesua Etomi-Wellington has dropped this motivational piece to people going through tough times, assuring them things will get better.

According to her, she also went through difficult times and was constantly hurt by people she cared about.

Read her post below:

“|This message is linked to my faith and the God I serve but IT IS FOR EVERYONE|.

“I remember a time in my life when it seemed like NOTHING was going right and I mean NOTHING. Everything just seemed to suck.

“I was constantly being hurt by people I cared about and was good to, my career…well, I didn’t have one and it wasn’t for lack of trying, people I loved were going through tough times, everything wasn’t going right.

“It became hard to pray. I’d stay in my house, in bed for daysss. I never talked about it.

“On so many occasions, I’d cry myself to sleep. I constantly wished I was someone else.

“I was deeply unhappy.
Can’t remember how but I was finally able to start praying through it all.

“Started talking bout it too. I Wish I could tell you that things got better immediately. Lol.

“They didn’t but I’d tell you what did happen. I fought every single day for my life. The life I knew was mine. I started to focus on what i did have and became more thankful.

“I started to speak positively about myself and my life. I started to smile more. I started to laugh more and then I learnt the secret of being content in any and every situation.

“I also learnt to give even when I had very little. I worked on myself and asked God to make me better.

“One day I remember hearing ‘ it’ll all make sense some day’. I’m not saying it all makes sense now but things are definitely better than they used to be.

“It didn’t happen overnight but it did happen. Slowly but surely. There’s a reason I constantly try to remember to keep God at the centre of it all. He’s literally holding me together.

“I still go through tough times, everyone does but my perspective has changed.

“We don’t see complete pictures but I serve a God who does.
I know it’s tough and I’m really sorry. If no one has told you before, i want you to know that you’re stronger than you can possibly imagine, even on the days that you can’t get yourself out of bed. You’re beautiful. You’re loved. You’re cherished.

“You’re forgiven and the world needs you. You’re not a mistake. All these are true, whether you believe in God or not.

“I don’t know why I wrote this but I feel someone really needs it.

“Now and always, ☀ Sunshine”

PoliticsRe: Photos Of Dino Melaye In Court As Accused Persons Deny Allegations Against Him. by 8Ebisco: 7:16pm On Jun 11, 2018
Hello
PoliticsOBJ, IBB, Jonathan, Others Not Enemies Of Nigeria by 8Ebisco(op): 10:36am On Jun 11, 2018
ABUJA—A former Minister of Aviation, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode, has said ex-leaders, including former Presidents Olusegun Obasanjo, Goodluck Jonathan; former military President, Ibrahim Babangida; ertswhile Minister of Defence, General Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma (retd) and a handful of other opposition elements are not enemies of the Nigerian state.

Fani-Kayode in a statement, yesterday, in Abuja, also said the alleged plot by President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration “to silence leaders” of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, is dangerous to the survival of the nation’s democracy.

Fani-Kayode who was one-time Minister of Culture and Tourism argued that the role being played by the former leaders is expected in a democracy where divergent views and opinions must be freely expressed to put government on its toes.

He said: “I have read the disturbing reports about the Buhari administration’s plan to frame up, arrest and detain President Olusegun Obasanjo on trumped up and politically-motivated charges. “Governments come and go and no matter what he does, Buhari will not be there forever.

We do not want war in Nigeria; we want peace and the Buhari government should desist from provoking a situation and a series of events that may end up spiralling out of control.” “It is almost as if they are begging for war and that is tragic.

They may have the full machinery and power of the federal government but we have the living God. “Peace, fair play and justice must be allowed to reign in our nation and those that oppose the President must be treated with the respect, decency and decorum that they deserve,” the statement read in part.

PoliticsDogara: Wike’s A Refiner’s Fire, Deserves Second Tenure by 8Ebisco(op): 7:01am On Jun 10, 2018
Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt Hon Yakubu Dogara, has described the Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike as a refiner’s fire ad a fuller’s soap because of the massive delivery of quality projects, and called on the people of the state to give him a second chance for diligently transforming the state.

The speaker spoke weekend in Port Harcourt when he inaugurated the Woji-Elelenwo Dual Carriageway and Bridge, a major inter-change between three local government areas of Obio/Akpor, Port Harcourt and Eleme.

He said: “This governor is a consummation of excellence. I wonder who to compare him to. He is a representative of a refiner’s fire and a fuller’s soap. A refiner’s fire separates impurities from the gold and leaves the gold intact. Refiner’s fire brings out the best. A fuller’s soap removes dirt and leaves the cloth sparkling clean. I am exceedingly proud of what Wike has done. He will continue to purify and refine Rivers State.

“To the people of Rivers State, I know you are smart people. I will not tell you what to do. But you know what you should do. When a man has done this much to transform your state, you know what you should do moving forward. Do it.”

He congratulated the people of the state for their luck in having Wike, who is thriving in excellence.

The Speaker noted that though he belongs to the All Progressives Congress (APC) as a parliamentarian, the entire country is his constituency, adding that only tribalists are restricted to their tribes and political parties.

According to him, democracy has no place for tribalists, because they do not value performance.

“We bear witness to what Wike has done in this state. I wonder why someone will look at this project and say nothing exists. If that is the case, the person is a tribalist. In some other states, projects of the nature of Woji-Elelenwo Dual Carriageway would be celebrated for weeks. As citizens, we celebrate excellence and we must celebrate Governor Wike”, the Speaker said.

Dogara also stated that in view of the developmental nature of the major projects outlined by Wike, President Muhammadu Buhari would honour the invitation of Rivers State Government to inaugurate projects in the state.

In his remarks, Wike, stated that Nigeria needs democracy dividends and not party politics, adding that he asked the Speaker of the House of Representatives to inaugurate the road because pro-people projects transcend inter-party rivalry.

The governor said there was an attempt to distract the State Government, noting that the Federal Government has once again excluded the state in the refund of state funds used for federal projects.

Speaking further, he noted that the Mother and Child Hospital, Saakpenwa-Bori Road and Ogoni-Andoni-Opobo-Nkoro Unity Road would be inaugurated by President Buhari, stressing that the projects would not be inaugurated until the President is available to do so.

On the road, Wike said though the road was awarded in 2009, the previous administration failed to fund it, leading to its abandonment in 2012.

“This project is very useful. That is why we chose to complete it.

There was no road here at the time we came. We completed the road and the bridge.

We have paid the contractor up to 95 per cent.

“This road is an alternative route to Trans-Amadi-Slaughter Road. Ordinarily, we would have tolled it, but due to our love for the people, we will not toll it,” Wike said.

He said the road was awarded by the previous administration at N3 billion and revalued by the same former administration to N11 billion before his administration took office. He assured the people of Rivers State that he would never disappoint them.

Rivers State Works Commissioner, Mr. Dum Dekor said the road was constructed on a swampy area, with a beautiful flyover, streetlights, an under-pass and a 750 metre bridge.

The source said the six kidnappers, with sophisticated weapons, dressed in military camouflage and waylaid the victim’s vehicle between Efon Alaaye and Erio Ekiti.

“As they waylaid their car, the occupants of the vehicle coming behind them quickly ran into the bush to take cover.

“They even shot into the air to scare us and ensure that we waited, but we ran for our lives.”

PoliticsWhy We Prayed For Nigeria To Be In Crisis – Wike by 8Ebisco(op): 11:52am On Jun 08, 2018
The Rivers state governor, Nyesom Wike has revealed that he prayed for crisis to be recorded in every part of the country in order to divert the attention of the federal government from the state.

Wike said this while speaking at an event organized by the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations, NIPR, in Port Harcourt.

The governor said he admonished people of Rivers state to pray against the federal government’s plan to declare a State of Emergency in the state.

He added that that the prayer point was for the federal government to be pre-occupied with tackling incidents of violence in other parts of the country so that Rivers state can be left alone.

According to him, “When there was so much insecurity in this state I was pleading with them but the Federal government refused to support me. Rather they were looking for an opportunity to declare a State of emergency.

“So, I came back home to tell my people to kneel down and pray; Let there be problems everywhere. So, they don’t talk about me again. They are now talking about Zamfara, Kogi, Benue, Taraba and Plateau.

“Let them come and declare state of emergency in Rivers state now. They have to go back and say God, sorry for what we have done to Rivers state.”

Speaking earlier, National President of NIPR, Mukhtar Suraj said the institute is working hard to clampdown on unregistered PR practitioners in Rivers state.

PoliticsWhy APC Has Failed – Shehu Sani by 8Ebisco(op): 12:26pm On Jun 05, 2018
The senator representing Kaduna Central district, Shehu Sani says the All Progressives Congress (APC) has failed to organize successful congresses in his state and other parts of the country.

Sani said this during an interview on Channels Television’s politics programme titled: Roadmap 2019 on Monday.

According to him, the failure of APC to set an example for other parties by organizing hitch-free congresses reflects the troubles within the party.

“What I can say of the APC congresses, is that it is reflective of the realities, the chaos, the troubles, the headaches and the heartaches of the party itself.

“The congresses were supposed to showcase internal democracy. It was also supposed to showcase that the party has come of age and it was determined to set an example and to inspire others to follow but what we have seen was that the congresses turned out to be the summation of its trouble.

“The party was supposed to demonstrate that it is a good and better alternative and that it can control its members and carry everyone along.

“But the reality is that the APC as a party has failed to organize congresses… All that they did was simply to pretend that there was one and at the end of the day, write lists in a hotel and submit it to the headquarters as the list of delegates.”

Sani warned that if the party refuses to address the grievances and the issues that were raised from the congresses “there will be trouble in the end”.

SportsNigerian New Jersey For The World Cup Voted Best In The World by 8Ebisco(op): 9:31pm On May 31, 2018
Going into the World Cup in Russia, the home kit of the Super Eagles has again been voted as the best jersey out of the 32 nations.

In a poll conducted by Sky Sports, the Nigerian jersey garnered over 40,000 votes to beat Germany to second place with 21,000 votes.

It will be recalled that the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) and Nike who are their official kits sponsor unveiled the official 2018 World Cup kits for the Super Eagles in London on February 7, 2018.

According to Nike,

“With a culture as vibrant as Nigeria’s, the collection had a lot to live up to.
“The central design theme is an abstract feather pattern inspired by the team’s “Super Eagles” nickname. Last seen during Nigeria’s 1994 appearance on the world stage, the design has been enlivened to capture the energy of the 2018 team.”

The home kit pays subtle homage to Nigeria’s ‘94 shirt, worn by Nigeria’s first team to qualify.

The home kit carries a familiar badge modelled after the 1996 gold medal-winning Dream Team while honouring the 1994 shirt won by the national team.

Nike’s Football Design Director, Dan Farron said in designing Nigeria’s kit, the goal was to tap into the attitude of the nation while keeping in mind the full identities

PoliticsHow The APC, Nigeria And Federalism by 8Ebisco(op): 4:01am On May 29, 2018
The report of a committee of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), which has recommended the devolution of powers, resource control, state police, amongst others, is likely to be one of the clearest demonstrations of political progress in this country, when implemented. For a country fixated on a dubious heritage of military-imposed unitarism and its attendant complications, the recommendations of the APC have rightfully called to question Nigeria’s long and treacherous practice of its own contrived form of federalism. As if in response to The Guardian’s many editorials which have consistently insisted on the necessity of federalism and taxed the ruling APC to live up to its promise of change, the panel has come up with proposals for the truthful implementation which should see Nigeria on the path of unity, prosperity and progress.
While the APC has earned the applause of Nigerians with these recommendations, the party and its leaders should be told in clear terms that implementation processes must be set in motion without delay. The future of Nigeria and her democracy depends on it.

Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai, who led the APC committee at the presentation of the report to the John Oyegun-led National Working Committee of the party, affirmed that the committee recommended some constitutional amendments to be implemented. According to him, the argument for proposing the establishment of state police and devolution of powers in the country’s federal system was hinged on the premise that: “We all come from different histories, different cultures, different administrative systems, and we believe that the constitution should ensure that there is a democratic local government in every state.” On the committee’s recommendation for resource control, El-Rufai stated: “We have proposed that mining, mineral, oil should go to the states.”

This, of course, is a very cheering revelation, for it is about the first time, since 1956, that such recommendations of utmost national import would be made. Despite the fact that no party has ever done this, these recommendations are coming after years of denials and needless vacillation by the ruling party.

Even though the report’s component on restructuring conflicts with President Muhammadu Buhari’s rejection of restructuring, the proposals contained in the panel report are not new to the APC and should not be seen to be so. They are consistent with the provisions of the manifesto of the ruling party. In that all-embracing manifesto, APC promised Nigerians that, if voted into office, it would amongst other things, “initiate action to amend our Constitution with a view to devolving power, duties and responsibilities to states and local governments in order to entrench true Federalism and the Federal spirit.”

The APC manifesto also stated that, upon assumption in office, the party would “begin widespread consultations to amend the Constitution to enable States and Local Governments to employ State and Community Police to address the peculiar needs of the community; …ensure full implementation of the Freedom of Information Act so that government-held data sets can be requested and used by the media and the public at large, and then published on regular basis.”

Now that certain aspects of the manifesto have been recommended for implementation by the APC’s own committee, the party must wriggle itself out of the nearly three years of arrogant dilly-dallying, mediocre grandstanding and unimpressive performance; and implement the recommendations to the latter. And there are cogent reasons APC must do this.

Firstly, by putting forward the proposals, the party has demonstrated that it has a clear understanding of what restructuring means. The party has come to understand, as this newspaper has stated on several occasions, that federalism subsists on restructuring; that political issues are diverse, relative to peculiar problems of this diversity, and would require different types of institutions to address them; and that it is outdated and inconsistent with the realities of the diversity of, and socio-economic mobility within Nigeria to continuously maintain a strong central government.

Furthermore, since it has come to understand the dynamics of restructuring, the APC is compelled to implement the recommendations because it controls both the executive and the legislative arms of government. In other words, as it stands, the party cannot be impeded by executive and legislative constraints from carrying out the implementation of the recommendations, if it so desires. Providentially, all this is coming at a time the National Assembly is contemplating amendment of the Constitution.

Moreover, the much desired ‘fixing’ of the country, which the APC has called its main national project, would not be realised without restructuring. If the government, as saddled as it is with enormous responsibilities, would have to fix the hydra-headed problem of insecurity, fight searing corruption, revamp a dwindling economy, and address political instability arising from perceivable injustice, it is unthinkable how it could do them without devolution of powers, resource control and the establishment of state and community police. If in nearly 19 years of democratic rule, a centrist government that appropriates all the powers and responsibilities of catering to small and big tasks is at a loss about how to resolve problems of non-productive educational system, healthcare delivery, and the power sector, what alternative does it have that has not been explored?

Above all, the implementation of the recommendations would bring about a dramatic change in the country for the better, for it would make further provisions for states to manage their own resources themselves. For instance, should a federating unit be endowed with some natural resources, proceeds from those resources, after appropriate government tax has been deducted, accrues to that federating unit, as was the practice in the First Republic. The viability of this system of resource management and control lies in the principle of justice operative in the practice. The greatest force that can bring about peaceful co-existence and relationship in an aggregation of multi-ethno-linguistic, multi-religious and multi-cultural peoples, is the act of fairness in sharing of resources of that geographical entity in which they belong.

By this principle of resource control and resource sharing, the Federal Government would have enough resources to carry out its superintending role of inter-governmental co-ordination, while the federating units would control sufficient resources to secure group determination to develop, to prevent fear of domination, to impede imperialism and promote patriotism. In the long run, it would be a win-win situation for both the central government and the states or federating units.

One of the fundamental lessons to be learnt from the APC exercise is that, contrary to popular thinking that actionable proposals that put Nigeria’s unity and federalism to test cannot be addressed peacefully, it is now clear that such issues can be settled without violence and acrimony. These proposals attest to the fact that a federation of this size, with its polyvalent system and structure, can change its form without going through a civil war. In other words, Nigerians have a capacity to embark upon a peaceful restructuring and still keep Nigeria as a structure.

While the APC deserves commendation for taking this progressive step that Nigerians have clamoured for all these years, it should endeavour to continually assure Nigerians that this is not a ruse or a political gambit geared towards the 2019 elections. What has been made obvious is that the APC is taking the right step to rescue Nigeria from the doldrums. Thus, having found itself in accord with the thinking of well-meaning Nigerians, it would be insulting to the collective sensibilities of Nigerians for anyone to hold the country back by introducing any extraneous device to forestall the implementation of the recommendation.

Consequently, Nigerians must, on their part, hold the APC to task by ensuring that the widely publicized talk about their recommendations is matched by prompt implementation. The continuous reminder of this development must not leave the lips of Nigerians; it should rather be a singsong until implementation is achieved. All the governors, who have extravagantly advertised their support for restructuring, should mobilize their people to cause APC to act now. Nigerians should tell APC that by committing to act in accordance with its manifesto, the ruling party should know that it would be jeopardizing the chances of peaceful elections in 2019 if the report presented eventually turns out to be a scam. It would be foolhardy, indeed, for anybody to expect election to hold without the implementation of the APC recommendations for restructuring.

To make the implementation comprehensive and realistic, the ruling party should draw technical and intellectual support from well-meaning, progressive non-partisan Nigerians, whose expertise and commitment to national development are highlighted by conviction for success and altruism. It will be devastating to both the party and the country should political contractors turn a lofty idea into a means of immediate personal satisfaction. This auspicious moment is both a privilege and a second chance for the ruling party to redeem its tainted image. APC must follow the moral path of justice and fairness for peace and progress to reign. Members of Nigeria’s political elite should walk their talk if they do not want the country to disintegrate.

SportsReal Madrid Vs Liverpool: Policeto Probe Death Threats On Goalkeeper, Loris Kari by 8Ebisco(op): 3:11pm On May 28, 2018
The police in the UK are set to investigate death threats made to Liverpool goalkeeper, Loris Karius after the Champions League final.

Karius was targeted on social media after his two errors helped Real Madrid win 3-1 in Kiev on Saturday. Several posts, after the game, wished death to the German and his family.

“We take social media posts of this nature extremely seriously. Offences will be investigated,” British media quoted Merseyside Police as saying late Sunday.

“Officers are aware of a number of comments and threats made via social media.

“Merseyside Police would like to remind social media users than any offences including malicious communications and threatening behaviour will be investigated.”

Karius threw the ball straight at Karim Benzema for Real’s opening goal and fumbled Gareth Bale’s long-distance shot into the net for the third.

He broke down in tears at the final whistle and admitted his mistakes in an apology to fans, saying he would “like to go back in time.”

Karius took to social media on Sunday to once again apologize.

“Haven’t really slept until now… the scenes are still running through my head again and again,” he wrote on Twitter.
“I’m infinitely sorry to my teammates, for you fans, and for all the staff … I know I messed it up with two mistakes and let you all down.”

Using the word “adapt”, he said once the governors and lawmakers were ready to do that, the party would welcome them.

His words: “We have sent letters to governors, senators, members of the House of Representatives, and if they can adapt to ADC ways, we will receive them.

“We are a grassroots party and that is where our strength lies. We have always had a challenge of not having enough resources to show what we are capable of doing.

“Even in some places where we have won elections, the people in government tend to take the powerful influence of state structures to take the victories away. But I think with the influx of influential personalities that situation will end.

“The biggest assets of the party are the young people and women, not the kind big men Nigerians were used to. Almost everybody in Nigeria is not happy with the way the country is going.

“And if Obasanjo, Babangida, Danjuma, the bishops, and the religious leaders, both Christian and Moslem, have said that enough is enough, and have come to identify with a party that can properly package the polity and address issues of nation-building, we must be taken seriously.”

PoliticsSenators Hunkuyi, Shehu Sani Set To Dump APC by 8Ebisco(op): 11:59am On May 26, 2018
The Senator Suleiman Hunkuyi-led faction of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kaduna State, has said it is considering defecting to another political party.

The group, known as APC Akida, in a statement on Friday said it has concluded a review of the state of the party and governance issues in the state and the nation.

It said it would take the decision “if there is no visible evidence of success in addressing the damaging levels of alienation and frustration among the millions of party faithful in Kaduna State”.

Prominent members among the group are Senator Shehu Seni, Isah Ashiru, former APC governorship aspirant Mr. Mataimaki Tom Maiyashi, etc.

Maiyashi, Chairman of the group, who signed the statement said two recent events in the state chapter of the party had confirmed its fears of the absence of credible and legitimate party leadership.

“The party congresses, and the Local Government Councils elections, in Kaduna State have confirmed the fears that the absence of credible and legitimate party leadership in our state will destroy its credibility and popularity.

“These are fears which the Akida group had raised since the early days of the administration of Nasir el-Rufai.

“The congresses have exposed the contempt for popular participation by the Governor and his hand-picked choir.

“Our party has lost massive popularity and goodwill as a result of attempts to force the choices of an unpopular government on party faithful,” he said.

Maiyashi said those who emerged as leaders of the party from the congresses, enjoy no support or legitimacy among party members.

“It has become painfully aware that all efforts to halt the damage being done to our party ,including many attempts by the leadership of the APC at zonal and national levels, are unlikely to reverse the decline in our party’s capacity to live up to its promises made to the people in 2015.

”The Akida group has informed all relevant party organs and leaders that it will regretfully consider leaving a party it worked hard to put in place if there is no visible evidence of success in addressing the damaging levels of alienation and frustration among the millions of party faithful in Kaduna State.

“As things stand, the founding values of our party, particularly integrity, accountability, inclusiveness and compassion have been systematically repudiated by the government of Nasir el-Rufai, starting with the subversion of the autonomy and integrity of the party at all levels in the state.

“We appeal to anyone with authority or influence over the governor to use it responsibly to head off a looming disaster in the shape of a party that has lost its foundations and integrity,” he said.

Crime‘hacking Into Nigerian Banks Is Very Easy’ – Medical Doctor Who Bought N28m Pors by 8Ebisco(op): 3:00pm On May 22, 2018
A 28-year-old medical doctor and a professional hacker, Michael Williams, who specializes in generating fake bank alerts to buy assorted vehicles and divert online fund transfers, has been arrested by the Lagos State Police Command.

Commissioner of Police, Edgal Imohimi, who paraded the suspect before newsmen in the command’s headquarters in Ikeja yesterday, said the suspect who hails from Delta State, claimed he learnt how to hack accounts when he relocated to Canada. He alleged his roommate who is from Israel had taught him the Act.

On how he was arrested, CP Imohimi said his office received a complaint that there exists a syndicate that goes to car shops, buy any exotic car of their choice, configures a computer program that would send a fake payment alert to the seller and by so doing, obtain the car of their choice under false pretenses.

Williams had visited a car dealer, Abidogun Adewale and bought a Porsche SUV at N28 Million with a fake bank alert.

” After he had bought the vehicle, he thereafter requested for the seller’s bank account number and made it look like he had paid him via the fake alert to his phone using HTTP tunnel. com. The suspect drove the car away unknown to the seller that he had been scammed. Adewale had only discovered when he went to the bank to obtain his bank statement weeks after. However, based on his complaint, a manhunt was launched on the fleeing suspect. The command availed detectives of the Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad all necessary Intelligence asset which led to the arrest of the suspect in Lekki Lagos. This suspect was interrogated and he confessed to committing the crime. He also led detectives to Asaba, Delta State where the stolen Porsche car was recovered. He also led detectives to Owerri, Imo State where two Camry Saloon cars he stole in a similar fashion were recovered. The modus operandi of the suspect who has a good mastery of cyber environment is that he creates a credit card, through cyber ghost 12. When the credit card matures, it is then funded through a hacked Swiss account. Any transaction anybody is doing through Swiss account the suspect manipulates such and wire the fund to his contrived credit card. This is possible with the aid of cyber ghost 12 HTTP/tunnel.azinytv4/vpn (virtual private network). He further stated that through the credit card, one can buy softwares he needs to work and protect his job so that he cannot be traced. Such softwares are known as von and word cyber protector for example Dare Devil. It also enables you to do deductions and transactions per dollar from every individual domicillary account, shutting of CCTV camera on Dare Devil and break the 256 codes on word CCTV.china.north Korea.code, untouchable.tracker.com. This enables him to shut down any working system of his interest on yt. com an Internet sophistication for example youtube/Facebook to make them unworkable for 67 minutes. Although he is not a computer scientist, he claimed to be a professional hacker.” CP Imohimi says

When interrogated, Williams said he left Nigeria after he was kicked out by two hospitals he worked with

”I was pushed out of work so I got a visa to travel to Canada. I worked at Tolu medical centre and EKO hospital. It is just that in Nigeria, when they see you are good at something, they just look for a way to push you out. I travelled to Canada to get a job to do or something to do. When I got to Canada, I was living with an Israel guy who had an accommodation there. He taught me all I need to know in hacking. It is about software made easy online. So when you are a hacker, you buy the software online, it is very easy. I get money online and not from individuals in Nigeria. It is a free world online. I came back to Nigeria because our banks are not secured. You can easily hack accounts online. Creating a credit card, you get old credit card online, create them wait for a day monitor your emails and wait for when transactions are coming in on the Swiss code transaction. I don’t have an idea of how much I have made. Anybody making a one million Dollar or two million Dollar transaction or one billion Dollar, then you divert it online. Then you secure your securities, then you fund it on your credit card. After funding it on your credit card, then you can use your credit card to buy any kind of powerful software you want and anything buyable online. You monitor celebrities, movie producer and actresses in the USA. John Travolta an actor based in USA he does transfers every week. I hacked into his Swiss code account. Banks in Nigeria are not like banks abroad.” he said

Williams said Nigerian banks have porous online banking security

“In Nigeria you can sit and hack any account but abroad it is only through the Swiss account because the money is much . Nigerian bank don’t have professional hackers to secure them online. They are not secured so I can easily hack into their account. When you are online, you can do whatever you want to do. I don’t have an account because you can easily be caught so I just do credit cards. You get old credit card”he said

The Commissioner of Police said the suspect would be charged to court soon.

PoliticsBorno 2019: Magu Denies Nursing Governorship Ambition by 8Ebisco(op): 6:54am On May 22, 2018
The acting chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Ibrahim Magu, has denied nursing a governorship ambition of his state, Borno in 2019.

This was revealed in a statement by the EFCC on Monday night.

The agency also says Magu is considering suing the media that alluded to such ambition.

Read the EFCC’s full statement below.

The attention of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has been drawn to publications in a section of the online media, claiming that its acting Chairman, Mr. Ibrahim Magu, is nursing a governorship ambition in Borno State.

The publication, which first appeared on 247ureports.com comes with the mischievous headline, “Exclusive: Buhari Holds Secret Talks With Sheriff To Push For EFCC Magu’s Guber Ambition”. It purports that Mr. Magu was keen on pursuing the ambition, to seek “protection from arrest following a series of exposé that would lead to his conviction”.

The report is false, malicious and an affront on Mr. Magu’s professional integrity. The EFCC chair who was recently named chairman of heads of anti -corruption agencies in Commonwealth Africa has been exemplary in the discharge of his duties as anti-graft czar and does not need protection from forces which exist only in the fecund imagination of the publisher of the Online news portal.

Moreover, the disingenuous attempt to dress Magu in the garb of a politician is the height of mischief in fiction writing. Mr. Magu is not a politician‎, and is not nursing any governorship ambition.

The EFCC chair who said he has taken notice of the consist campaign of calumny against his person by the online platform, disclosed that he has briefed his lawyers to initiate legal action against the news medium, and all others who published the libellous report.

PoliticsHow Saraki Betrayed Me, I Regret Supporting Him – Ali Ndume by 8Ebisco(op): 5:25pm On May 21, 2018
The Senator representing Borno south, Ali Ndume, has said he regrets supporting Bukola Saraki to emerge as Senate President.

Ndume made this statement while speaking on Hard Copy, a Channels Television programme.

The lawmaker also accused Saraki of targetting those who oppose him.

When asked if he regrets supporting the Senate President, Ndume said: “Yes, I do. Look at the senate now, we have been reduced to unbearable level of integrity, just because of few people, few persons, that is wrong.

“I don’t want to be individualistic about it. We put the leadership there for Saraki; if you want me to be specific about it, and then it turns out to be another thing. We have senator’s president now, instead of senate president.”

Ndume said his relationship with Saraki went sour because of his love for the truth.

“I speak the truth a lot even if I’m alone, and I stand by it. We started with the issue of Magu, I was with you on national TV and that is history now, then we came out and the second issue was that of the car importation, and the issue of Dino Melaye’s certificate and then I was shockingly suspended for 180 days and it was not the committee that recommended that,” he said.

“My colleagues did not not know about the report that was used to suspend me illegally and unconstitutionally for 180 days. That’s why I went quietly to court and you see the response of my people then.

“It is not fair for one among equal to take himself up, and use, take advantage of the gavel to rule instead of to lead, instead of to preside, that is what the constitution says. The senate president is to preside, he doesn’t even have a vote, he has no voice. By the time you accept being the senate president, you have lost your right to some extent as a senator until the senate ties, that is when you come in to break the ties. This is not the case, as senate president will say, ‘I direct so so so and my members…’.

“I mean, it’s very unfortunate, I personally did not expect this. That is how we got it wrong, because once an individual thinks he owns the senate, and he dishes out the direction, and dishes out what he thinks, you’ll always get it wrong… 108 heads are better than one. But for now, senate at certain point is like Dino and Saraki. It is very unfortunate.”

In March 2017, the lawmaker was suspended for “embarrassing” Saraki and Dino Melaye, the Senator representing Kogi west.
