In modern times it seems God calls a man, them asks him to ordain his wife and family members as soon as the church becomes successful.

Think about this:

Becoming a pastor is not a job that the average true believer will take without some spiritual awakening or calling from God.

Its not like changing jobs from a banking to telecoms. The reason is the fear of God.

This means that those in the profession of pastoring are either true men of God that experienced a calling, or they are total fraudsters who do not even have the fear of God in them.
