It runs every game you can throw at it, including the latest spider man and GTA smoothly i can assure you it is much much better than any of those budget phones you wanna buy. make me a decent bid and its yours. I want to sell it because i want to buy another phone. |

Universal Android AIO Flasher Tool the initial features of the tool were, basically, to flash things via ADB and Fastboot, but from a more user friendly interface. Now, fonehacker has updated the application to include a number of other potentially valuable features. The new feature list includes: 1.Complete Fastboot Flasher 2.ADB Flasher 3.Boot Animation Changer 4.Integrated ADB shell 5.Reboot menu 5.1 Remount System to r/w with a single click 6.APK Installer 7.Universal Device Unrooter 8.Splash Screen Image Maker (Converter) 9.Build.prop editor 10.ROM Dump 11.Full Backup/Restore: 12.Online NANDroid Backup (which is similar to another online Nandroid tool 13.Screenshot Usage: Connect your device in Fastboot mode (for fastboot flasher) or in Debugging mode (for ADB flasher and Boot animation changer) and start the program. the features are pretty much self explanatory. If you get stucked or error comes in,you should rectify the problem and restart the application to ensure optimal performance. Prerequisites: Fastboot and ADB drivers must be installed and properly working before using this program http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=1264213&d=1345123273 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=28719715 |

Ejike3: can this flasher tool unlock network locked android phones? no. but depends on phone though. if the unlock process involves doing things that this tool can be useful foe, eg flashing a baseband or radio, modding a system file etc. the list of what it does is there, apply accordingly |

This morning more than 30 trucks filled up with coins of 5 cents arrived at Apple’s headquarters in California. Initially, the security company that protects the facility said it was diverted to the wrong place, but minutes later, Tim Cook (Apple CEO) received a call from Samsung CEO explaining that they will pay $1 billion dollars for the fine recently ruled against the South Korean company in this way. satire |

Samsung officially announces the Galaxy Camera CAMERAS NEWS By Richard Devine | Aug 29 2012 | 1:26 pm We're live at Samsung Unpacked from Berlin, Germany, where Samsung has officially unveiled their latest smart device, the Samsung Galaxy Camera powered by Android. Spec wise we're looking at a 4.8 inch HD SuperLCD display, Touchwiz Nature UX based on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean . Cellular data is also on board in 3G and 4G varieties -- a data plan will be required, as well as WiFi connectivity, with a big push around sharing your content. The Galaxy Camera also has WiFi Direct capabilities, allowing local sharing with other Galaxy Cameras and compatible smartphones. But, the Galaxy Camera isn't just an Android device. It's a camera. On that front, we're looking at a 21x optical zoom, and a 23mm wide angle lens. Samsung has built in some interesting looking software too centered around editing and managing all your captured content. Best Group Pose for example, allows you to take continuous shots, and the camera will recognise the faces in the pictures, and then let the user choose their favorites to compile the best overall shot. Samsung have promised 35 built in editing features. Once editing is out of the way, Samsung has included on-device management tools to keep everything organized. Images can be searched for by time and location, and automatic cloud backup is also built in. Additionally, the Galaxy Camera through its Smart Content Manager can create and manage folders, and will offer suggestions on which photos you should delete based on overall image quality. The Galaxy Camera will be released to market during Q4 2012, although pricing hasn't yet been announced. Additionally there will be a choice of two colors available for the Galaxy Camera, white and black. Keep it locked to AC for continuing coverage of the event, and hands on reports with the device. |

lynxnoon: KK....i don hear....its official......but I ain't interested in that update. The update doesn't even come with a new Hboot. I'm not interested in stock ROM or SENSE again........i'm on IceColdSandwich -- Linaro Perfecto Edition 8.5 AOKP The only good news from this release for me is that finally the ICS kernel for Desire S is now available to XDA devs.... so they can finish cooking up those sweet ROMs that most kept pending. |

^^^^ok Seems google have implemented the incremental update thingy in the play where usually u just download the parts of the app that changed and not the whole app when updating Tried updating the facebook app and it downloaded just 2.3mb before updating. Though for some reason it still shows the whole large app size in the information. Would have thought it would just show you the difference. Btw y is that facebook app so crappy? |

Install "android-tools" package (adb and fastboot) in Ubuntu 12.04, 11.10 or 11.04 android-tools is available in the official Ubuntu 12.10 repositories so all you have to do is search for it in Ubuntu Software Center and click the install button. For Ubuntu 12.04, 11.10 and 11.04, you can install android-tools using the main WebUpd8 PPA: sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nilarimogard/webupd8 sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install android-tools-adb android-tools-fastboot Once installed, run "adb" and "fastboot" in a terminal to see the available options and how to use these Android tools. |
